Steps to join or launch a new meeting:
1) Login to your Zoom Account
2a) From the Zoom client, Select Profile, then Meetings or Webinars
2b) From the Web, Select 'Meetings' to see your scheduled events
3) Locate upcoming meeting, select 'Start", copy and provide the meeting ID to meeting participants, or schedule a new meeting.

Background image reversed on MAC

One of our team members has just begun using Zoom on her MAC.  She's uploaded her virtual background image which displays backwards.  When unchecking the "Mirror My Video" box, the background displays in her view just fine, but the public view is still reversed.

 

Any ideas on this?

Hey @SalemMan, the 'mirror my video' mirrors your video for yourself. Others will not be able to see the mirrored video, double-check the virtual background image file that you uploaded to ensure its not flipped

I am having the same problem. The image is not flipped (i.e.rotated), it has actually been reversed so that words are displayed as reversed characters, and unreadable.
