Hi,

I'm currently using the Zoom Mail Client connected to my Microsoft 365 Outlook account. While it works well for my primary inbox and folders, I noticed that shared folders (which I can access in the Outlook app) are not visible or accessible in Zoom Mail.

Is there currently any way to access shared folders or delegated mailboxes within the Zoom Mail Client?

BR,

I am looking for an integration (synchronization, not just import) of my Zoom calendar with other calendars. Ideally it would be a bi-directional synchronization via webdav. Does anyone have a solution for this. Background: Neither Google nor Outlook fulfill the necessary data protection requirements and couldn't be used.
Many thanks in advance

Dear Zoom People,

You're welcome.

I am writing to let you know that, through the bottomless depths of my patience and benevolence, I have chosen not to smite your entire platform into oblivion over the glaring absence of a contact list for adding invitees to meetings.

Truly, it is only by grace—mine, not divine—that you have been permitted to continue operating.

I have painstakingly typed out email addresses manually like it’s 1992, and I have smiled through it. Not because it brings me joy, but because I am a Saint. A Saint who has suffered much... and asked only that your platform show some small understanding of user convenience.

So please, take this moment to reflect. Ask yourselves:

  • Why does a platform built for communication lack the most basic communication feature?

  • Why must I integrate a redundant calendar or belong to a corporate monolith just to access something as simple as a contact list?

  • Why, Zoom? Why.

Implement this. Make it happen.

Your continued survival may depend on it.

With impossible restraint,

I am frustrated that the new Zoom look has removed recurring meetings (or at least all my former ones). And now instead of presenting me with upcoming and recurring meetings, I get my Outlook calendar. I have Outlook - I don't need Zoom to inform me when my dental appointment is and to "helpfully" be sure I know that it is "not a Zoom meeting." All these apps start great, then go downhill when they think they need to be the center of our universe. Integrate will with other apps like calendars, but don't duplicate them. I'm glad we are on MS Teams so I only have to use Zoom on occasion - very clunky and not user friendly compared to what it was a couple years ago.

Right-panel/Agenda missing events from non-primary Calendar

Hi all! I've connected Zoom with Google Calendar. I have a handful of calendars, multiple of which may have Zoom events. However only my primary calendar events will show in the right-panel/agenda view on Zoom desktop.

I can't upload images to show what I'm talking about so I'll do my best to describe it. From the Calendar tab in Zoom, I can see there are multiple calendars from Google sync-ing over. I have multiple events with Zoom links today spanning multiple of those Google calendars. However only the events on my primary calendar show in the right-panel that lists out the events (It's like an agenda view for today. It has a beach umbrella icon if there's nothing.) My primary calendar is my work calendar, so I see work Zoom events. But my secondary calendar is personal, which may still have Zoom links. Those aren't showing up in that agenda panel.

My question is - is there a setting with Zoom or something I can do differently with how I manage those events on my non-primary calendar to show up in that agenda list? They appear in Zoom to have a different "host" which I think is why they aren't showing. But the "host" is just the name of the calendar.

Hopefully that all makes sense. I'm happy to clarify if anyone has questions.

There seems to currently be no way to add multiple Google Calendars using the "Calendar and Contacts Integration" option under Account/Profile/Others/Calendar and Contacts Integration. You can only edit your google account and choose one or another. This does not work as I get Zoom invites on two google email accounts and I need all my invites from both accounts to show up in Zoom. Please add an "Add Another Account" option.

Hello everyone,

I am synching my Google Calendar with Zoom. For the events that I manually add to my private Google Calendar, everything works fine and clients cannot book via the Zoom booking software if there's an event set in my Google Calendar. But I do also have a work Google Calendar and here, Zoom does not understands that I am busy there too. I think the issue comes from the fact that in my Google Calendar, there's the private and the work calendar (it's both the same Google account) because if I manually copy events form the work to the private calendar in Google, they show up in Zoom as well. The issue is I cannot manually copy every incoming event.

Is there any solution to this?

Thank you!
