registration link puts a few users into a waiting room instead


we've been sending out a registration link with little problem, but a few users have been put into a waiting room instead of the registration page. we've tested the link both before and after a sample user has registered and we can't duplicate the error. but, it has happened to at least 3 people in one day, so far. any clues? thanks!

Quick question: Is the Zoom account a part of an organization Zoom plan? It might be possible that:


  1. The admin might have the setting that allows for organization member accounts to automatically be allowed into a meeting, regardless of a registration requirement.
  2. The meeting was set to "allow users to join anytime", and it's just waiting for the host or an alternate host to join/start the session officially.
