I set up my tickets to my Zoom events capacity, but then uploaded my speaker list by csv which brought me well over. Zoom doesn't let me edit the ticket limits because I'm over the limit saying, "The max total tickets for the event cannot exceed the Zoom Events license capacity."  I'm TRYING to decrease the tickets, but have multiple kinds of tickets and cannot bring it below my limit in only one category. Any work around?

 

Also, doesn't anybody have an effective way to email all registrants? Is there an option to send a message I'm not seeing?

This is time sensitive, hoping I can get an answer soon.

 

I have an event to record tomorrow-- it will be about 7 hours in length. Is that possible? Given I have the space on my computer, etc..?

 

I pay for my Zoom at the 17$ a month level.. thank you!

Is there a way to improve WEB CLIENT video settings to 720 or 1080p

We are you using zoom web client in the browser and the video settings is not quite same with the zoom application. Is there a way to improve it?

We've sold over 250+ tickets on Eventbrite so getting attendees to re-register or setup a zoom account might be abit of an issue, is there a smoother way?

Dear Community,

we use a registration platform through which our participants register and pay. We would now like to use Zoom Event. Can we import a list of the participants who have already registered via our platform or send them a free Zoom Event ticket directly? Can latecomers also be added later? How can we generate these Zoom Event tickets and what do they look like? Or do the participants have to register again at Zoom Event with all their data in order to receive a free ticket?

how can the participants get in contact with eachother in the lobby of an event? Can they do videochat or only textchat?

And how do the participants get in contact with the spaces in expo? Via Videochat or only by chat?

Is Multiple Device Login allowed on Zoom Events

I understand no multiple tickets can be issued to attendee who registered with one email address.

Is it possible for multiple devices login then?
