The audio on every zoom session I've ever attended prior to this week has worked flawlessly. Starting this week, though, the audio on the two zoom events I've attended simply doesn't work. I've checked everything several times, and I know my equipment works because I get very clear audio on every other platform I use (YouTube, etc.). What is going on with zoom's audio?

Confirmation emails are appearing much too wide in Outlook and other email clients. It seems that Zoom has arbitrarily modified the formatting of Confirmation and Reminder emails starting in January 2023. The new format is not responsive in Outlook, so the person reading the email has to stretch it out horizontally to view the full content.  By contrast, the same emails are constrained horizontally when viewed in GMail.

There is something in the template code that is not being interpreted properly in Outlook.  Also seeing this in eMclient. (See attached screen captures.)

Is there any way to fix this or roll back the template change?

Hi, I am trying to get the side by side view to work because I want to record my lecture, while seeing both my presentation and my audience (or at least some of it) without them hiding each other.

I have read how I am supposed to do it.

However, when I start sharing, there is no View button to select a Side by Side view from.

I have a View button as long as I am not sharing, but it does not have a Side by Side option.

In the Share Settings, the Side by Side option is enabled.

What am I missing? Any help will be much appreciated...

Prior to our event, I asked my session presenters to send me their resources so I could upload them to their sessions. Of course, many of them did not send them to me until after the event was done. I can't seem to add them to their sessions now. Am I missing something? Is there a way to upload their resources once the event has ended?

I would like to attend the Weekly OnZoom Office Hours. It says there are upcoming meetings every Tuesday, but the events do not seem to be open yet. Or am I missing something?
