I once had a paid account to use with a not-for-profit association during the covid-19 lock down so we could have our meetings done by video. Now we can meet in person so that account is no longer needed and cancelled the paid subscription. In the past year or so I started to get these notifications on events happening, 'how to..', etc. I've been hitting the unsubscribe to stop this from happening and I still keep getting these emails! I'm not a business person or have a business job and I don't go to meetings. Why do I keep getting these emails? Why doesn't the unsubscribe work?

Hey Zoom, Are you aware that affiliate marketers are using the webinar email feature to promote affiliate offers? If you're getting spam complaints, that's one of the reasons why. If you're getting a lot of unsubscribes, that's one of the reasons why. Reach out to me, and I'll give you screenshots. CherryM

Hi, I'm missing a feature that can be found in Zoom's competitors. but maybe I'm the one who couldn't find the Zoom solution. I'm looking for a solution to display a question asked in the Q&A as a full-screen slide. thank you for your help
During the webinar, someone backstage could select a question for the speaker to answer.
The question would be displayed full screen, ideally with the text in square brackets.

I'm trying to host an In-person event, and ZoomEvent always makes a Zoom link. This is an issue because it makes our registrants think the event is hybrid rather than in-person.
How do I remove the Zoom link from the ZoomEvent?
Why is this happening? My Internet speed is very good. It makes for a very amateur presentation.
Hi, I am the owner of a Zoom Pro account, which means my account is also a licensed account. I have also paid for the Zoom Webinar with 500 attendees. If I create a webinar and add a free licensed account as an alternative host, will this free licensed account have full capabilities for this webinar?

Hi everyone, I have a Zoom license that allows me to host up to 100 in a meeting. I just purchased a webinar license. If I were to set up a webinar and then convert it to a meeting, will I be able to host up to 500?
