Hello! Can anyone tell me how to change the "From" email address? I don't even know how this name ended up attached to our account - they are not a part of our company. The right name/email address is entered everywhere I can see in our account and yet this keeps happening. Help!

The recent update has removed the sponsor tab and replaced it with exhibitor and we've got some incredibly unhappy sponsors for an upcoming event because Sponsors are NOT exhibitors in all cases.  Is there a way of changing the tab names manually so we can go back to calling them sponsors?

Dear all, does anyone know how to change the layout during Zoom livestreaming?  When I am sharing screen, in speaker view, the webcam/speaker thumbnail is very small on top right hand corner.  Can I change the size of the webcam/speaker thumbnail?  Or move it to lower right hand corner?  Thanks very much.  

I have been using Zoom to transmit Video Audio and Music for a couple of Years. A few days ago during my live music transmission, the live piano Music became inaudible to the listeners. Vocal voice from the mixer can be heard but piano and other percussion could not be heard. I didnt change any settings or configuration of the audio settings to cause any change.

Please help. 

What do i need to do to allow both vocal and percussion music to be transmitted to my audience 

Hi, since the last summer, more or less, in my new live streamings, every music sound is completely banned during the streaming. It means that the program sound gets correctly to Zoom, but in the live streaming the voice only arrives.

I think it's a new policy by Zoom, but i would get some more infos...

Can someone provide me some assistance with who to contact to get my zmail changed? I typed the information in incorrectly and now I can't edit it or correct it. I called Zoom to reach technical support but I wasn't able to connect with them to get it removed. Please help!! Thank you.

Every time I set up a meeting or a recurring meeting, a choice of calendars occurs.  Right now, I do not want to use any online calendar.  However, if I cancel this process, my meetings are not set up.  How do I set up meetings without being required to register or use a calendar online?   

As a side note, the system warns me that Zoom will be able to download sensitive data from the calendar source when we choose it.  It also says I can manage what info in my account.  I just don't want to go to all that extra time and energy, especially when I do not and do not want to use an online calendar.  Can someone assist me with these concerns, please?

Hi, does anyone know a workaround for this? I have five zoom meetings scheduled (with attendees booked) for the next couple of months. A new corporate client can only use Teams. They are not willing to install the Zoom app in Teams. Is there any way I can run my five existing meetings, and have guests in there who have accessed via Teams?
