I'm setting up our sponsor/exhibitor profiles for a conference in zoom events.  We are not using the expo function, we will just have the profiles with all their info and downloadable docs etc. When setting up the profile there's an option to add in things like their twitter address, youtube, website etc. Once I save and then go and have a look at their profile, none of these links are showing.  How can I get them to appear on their profile please?

Participant boxes covering slides

Hi - when we record a Zoom session the participant boxes now cover the slides where they did not before. What view setting is needed in Zoom to make sure boxes do not cover the presentation slides? Thanks

Microsoft Edge video not working

Zoom meetings worked fine for 2 years in Edge (Chromium) browser.

But since one update, I can't recall exactly the date, Video stopped working.

Now it is audio only.

Please help me.

Hey, have a nice day, I want to explain the error I'm getting from https://api.zoom.us/v2/zoom_events/events, 

I filled out whole the fields of my account basic and when I try out the call the endpoint zoom_events/event to create a Event from Postman , always I'm getting this error:

    "message": "Please complete your Host Profile Settings"
}
I'm not sure what field(s) or what else I need to do to create an event successfully using the API

Zoom Events sponsor tab

The recent update has removed the sponsor tab and replaced it with exhibitor and we've got some incredibly unhappy sponsors for an upcoming event because Sponsors are NOT exhibitors in all cases. Is there a way of changing the tab names manually so w... Show more

The recent update has removed the sponsor tab and replaced it with exhibitor and we've got some incredibly unhappy sponsors for an upcoming event because Sponsors are NOT exhibitors in all cases.  Is there a way of changing the tab names manually so we can go back to calling them sponsors?

Resolved! Recording doesn't show me the speaker

HiLast night I did a meeting with recording on to be saved to my computer. The video doesn't show ME the speaker. (and teacher). I thought it had to do with "Hide Self View" but when I tested it today and turned off "Hide Self View" it still doesn't ... Show more

Last night I did a meeting with recording on to be saved to my computer. The video doesn't show ME the speaker. (and teacher). I thought it had to do with "Hide Self View" but when I tested it today and turned off "Hide Self View" 

it still doesn't show me. Attached file shows my settings. 

 

What's the issue?
