is there a support email for actual human support?
Anyone know where I can find a resource to identify functionality differences between using the client versus the browser as an attendee? We were just told even if everything is set up properly, an attendee can't see answered Q&A questions on the browser, only the client. I'd like to know what other differences exist so we can plan accordingly. (Does the functionality vary in Zoom meetings, too?)

I am looking to add information about the hotel, etc. to my hybrid event. Is there a way to add another "tab" for in-person attendees only?

I cannot find a way for attendees to avoid registering with Zoom. Is this mandatory for paid events?

We are set up to have Zoom recordings automatically added to a contact in Salesforce. The problem is that the recording does not show up on the contact record if the email address is anything other than my company email address (e.g. *********** is who I had a meeting with but the recording does not appear, it only appears if I change the email on the contact record to ***********. Does this have anything to do with the excluded email addresses? NOTE: We are not using the zoom integration app. This is set up through Zoom connector, so there is only a push from Zoom to Salesforce.

Hi, I'm setting up our sponsor/exhibitor profiles for a conference in zoom events. We are not using the expo function, we will just have the profiles with all their info and downloadable docs etc. When setting up the profile there's an option to add in things like their twitter address, youtube, website etc. Once I save and then go and have a look at their profile, none of these links are showing. How can I get them to appear on their profile please?

Hi - when we record a Zoom session the participant boxes now cover the slides where they did not before. What view setting is needed in Zoom to make sure boxes do not cover the presentation slides? Thanks
