Account Downgrade Due to Zoom error in billing
Dear Concerned I purchased a Zoom product for August 2023. I had a big meeting and added 500. I paid for August, In September, YOu charged me for the large meeting which I did not pay, because I did not purchase it. Now you have downgraded my account because of an error in your billing system. Please note. I paid my billing for August. I did not request a big meeting in September. Please check your records. I feel very inconvenienced. Please resolve this issue urgently. Thank you.
