Multiple concurrent events

Can I create multiple events on my hub at the same time?  Not, multiple sessions in one event with a joint lobby.  Essentially 2 lobbies at the same time for different conferences.

Hi, we are getting an error 400 when running the Zoom events webhook in Marketo. It seems in the response that for some reason the email address we're getting does not contain @ but contains %40 instead. Maybe that's the reason. 

 

The error we're getting is

Hosting a music performance

Hosting a concert where individuals play the guitar and or sing . Some have problems with audio settings where the audience can hear them but not their guitar. Seems like some have problems and others not even though they are using the same settings.... Show more

Unable to register for any event on mobile

Hi, 

For any event when I try to register it says Firat Name,  Last Name,  Email and Phone are required fields even after I have enetered the details. Because of this I am not able to register for any event. I am using Samsung M33.

Acuity Scheduling and Zoom Account -- how does this all work?

I'm new to Acuity scheduling and I see there is a way to integrate it with Zoom (I understand that part and have set it up, no problem). What is tripping me up is that multiple people will be registering for a group class, AND acuity says it's going ... Show more

I'm new to Acuity scheduling and I see there is a way to integrate it with Zoom (I understand that part and have set it up, no problem).

 

What is tripping me up is that multiple people will be registering for a group class, AND acuity says it's going to generate a unique link for each person upon class registration --> let's call these little 'duckling links' 

 

Two part question:

 

1.  How do I START this meeting on zoom account? Should I create the meeting in my zoom profile and will acuity understand this is the 'big momma link'?

2. If I SHOULD in fact create a meeting in zoom for my event, how does my zoom account know that she is the 'big momma' link and all fo these random generated 'duckling links' know to connect to her?

 

WILL THIS WORK? Thanks for your help!

Zoom Expo not showing saved social media links

I have saved social media links in the "Exhibitors" menu under "Event Content, but, when a booth is added to the Expo, all social media links disappear. Has anyone else had the same issue and can advise? Thanks!

We're running a paid training session using Zoom events. Most participants are buying places through Zoom ticketing and registration. However, I've got 3 participants who will be attending but we've invoiced them outside of Zoom. How do I grant them access/register them for the course without going through the online purchase process?

Question: I want to record a lesson via Zoom and simultaneously stream it, but also make it available as soon as possible for participants who can't attend at the scheduled time.

 

Does anyone know the best way to do this?

 

I know that I can record on Google Drive via Zoom, but I've noticed that the conversion process takes a long time, especially for a 3.5-hour lesson (which might take 7 hours?)

 

All tips are welcome.

We recently upgrades our PPA Zoom Sessions License to a PPA Zoom Events License.  I got a notification that our Zoom Sessions license has been revoked and confirmation the Zoom Events license invoice has been paid but when I log into Zoom Events Account I can see our events etc but there is a notification that Access is denied. Under our upcoming event there is a notification that license is expired. There is also a notification that I will lose all events in 2 days if a new license is not assigned.  I reached out to Billing & Support and they have sent to technical team but it has been 5 days without a response or resolution. 1 event scheduled yesterday could not take place and we have another one coming up shortly so need to resolve ASAP.

I assumed the changeover would happen automatically and I would see the extra features the Events license has would just show up.

In our Zoom One Pro Account it shows all licenses assigned. Is there something I need to do at my end?
