Attendance Report Missing Emails
When pulling an attendance report, the report is not showing the registrants emails. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When pulling an attendance report, the report is not showing the registrants emails. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Hello,
I hosted a webinar last night and I want to retrieve the participants' emails.
But when I go to the corresponding report, there are the names of the participants but it is impossible to find their emails. I can't find how to make them appear that they gave it to fit into the webinar.

I downloaded the attendee report, but attendee's email address are not recorded in the report. What should I do?
Is there a limit to the number of custom questions there are on a webinar registration site? I am trying to add a 2 additional custom questions to an existing webinar. The current custom questions list has 7 questions but it continues to tell me "a question like this already exists". Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We are using the Salesforce integration with Zoom. When a user converts a lead (to an opportunity) the system is resending the invite for any Zoom event that was on the lead.
Why is this happening? Is there a setting that needs to be turned on to prevent this?

Good morning all, hoping you can help. We'll soon be running a live webinar and, about halfway through, want to play a 10 minute video file. I can't seem to find a place as a webinar host to actually embed that video so that I can just click 'play' and it'll start showing to all participants. I may be being dense, but surely there's an option somewhere to upload the video file before the webinar starts which is then just ready to play at the click of a button - rather than having to load it up in a different video player, then having to switch screens and 'share' the host's screen? Many thanks in advance!

I just concluded a two-hour webinar (required registration, email address etc.). I attempted to pull an attendance report and it shows that no one attended.
Usage<active users report indicates 87 participants but when I click on the hyperlink, there is nothing displayed.

Hi, I can't figure out how to do 2 things: 1. Make a co-host of the webinar, I can only see panelists addition 2. Enable waiting room in webinar, like meetings Also, when I changed the date of my recent webinar, the added calendar invite doesn't refresh or get removed, this is a request I wanted to raise to zoom.

On the registration form of the webinar I have mandatory fields phone and job title (see attached file)
I changed the default required fields for the next webinars but I want to remove those fields from the form
Hoe can I do it?

Registration information for the occurrences that you changed will be removed. If you uncheck this option, registrants of the changed occurrences will not see the registration email and will not be able to join the webinar. Has anyone encountered this?
