Hi, I saw some discussions on this but nothing too recent -

 

We're hosting a conference-style event and want to give our own employees the ability to attend without paying the registration fee. Is it possible to set up a "coupon code" feature? 

 

We know we could set a "free" ticket option but we don't necessarily want it to be known to the public we're offering this.

Is there a way to prevent attendees from showing up as "guest" during the Zoom Event Session? I toggled every option that I believe is available. It would not be ideal to expect everyone to register with a Zoom Account in order to prevent this. Is there another way? 

 

As a presenter, engaging with attendees, it's difficult to properly engage when half the attendees are labeled as Guest.

Hi everyone

 

We hold monthly 1 hour sessions of people from various companies, with a guest speaker.   

 

We've been using Zoom Meetings but want to increase the professionalism and branding, quality of the video recording and also automate with calendar invites.  We are having a  hard time getting answers from Zoom - any advice from the Community would be appreciated. 

 

- Up to 100 attendees

- Attendee to attendee PRIVATE chat

- List of attendees in the live session visible to all

 

Does anyone know if there is a product that would best fit this?  Zoom Webinars does not facilitate the attendee to attendee chat, and i had thought of making every person a panelist, but that means sending a specific link for each individual person.

Upgraded to 3000 attendees but can't transfer an existing event

Hi all,We upgraded from having 1000 capacity for webinar events to 3000, but there isn't an option to transfer an existing event to the 3000 capacity (the reason we paid for the upgrade) I can crate an event in the 3000 hub and transfer it down to 10... Show more

Hi all,

We upgraded from having 1000 capacity for webinar events to 3000, but there isn't an option to transfer an existing event to the 3000 capacity (the reason we paid for the upgrade)

 

I can crate an event in the 3000 hub and transfer it down to 1000, but can't transfer up to 3000.

 

Can anyone help? Did we upgrade in the wrong way?

I need to create events across different regions for which the language in all outreach should be localised. Usually this is either German or English. Buttons and standard event info, for example, are not editable and should be translated based on the language of each event.

 

All I seem to be able to do is change my entire account's language. 

 

Can anyone help?

CSV File Not uploading

Help, the CSV file will not upload. We have just added Zoom Events to the account. This is the first webinar. I have formatted the CSV file with email, First_Name, Last_Name. Exported as CVS. The file throughs an error on every line for every column.... Show more

- Can't edit some link on Information you provide when registering will be shared with the account owner and host and can be used and shared by them in accordance with their Terms and Privacy Policy.
