Hello ! I am a zoom licensed We are from Ecuador and I would like to know how you can help me. We contracted the package where it gives us capacity for 500 people, but the day we had the zoom, several people were left out because they said that the maximum capacity, which was 100, had been met. We made the payment of $79 and we want to know why this happened to us , and if it would already be solved. I hope you can help us.

I've been editing the html for our webinar emails, and it's all been working fine. But I had set up the follow-up email to attendees and absentees to go out five days after the webinar – I set this up in both the settings for the specific webinar, and in the Account Manager > Webinar Settings. This was to give me time to add the URL for the recording. However, the email went out the day after the webinar (luckily, I'd put in a holding URL of a link to our YouTube channel). I've checked and re-checked the settings and they all say five days after the webinar date. Any idea what's going wrong? I know it's almost certain to be user error, but dashed if I can find it.

It does not list out the New Zealand dropdown states and provinces to select from that you do for other countries. If choose USA it listed all states. Missing important registration information. How do we update state/Province for international users?

Bonjour, Lors de plusieurs webinaires, nous avons activé le module Q. et R. (questions et réponses). Les spectateurs peuvent saisir des questions. En revanche, les hôtes ne reçoivent pas les questions. Sur l'écran Q. et R. des hôtes, tout en haut à gauche, "connexion" et "déconnecté" s'affichent l'un après l'autre, voir copies d'écran ci-jointes. Nous avons testé le Q. et R. sur une réunion classique (hors webinaire), le module est fonctionnel. Comment pouvons-nous résoudre cette anomalie svp ?

Hi, I scheduled a meeting with registration and would like to test the setup with a co-host a few minutes before. What link do I give the co-host to join the meeting? Should I select "allow participants to join anytime"? I want to press the button when we are both ready to start the meeting and then have everyone join. Thanks!

集客する際の都合で1つのウェビナーに対して2つの参加用ZoomURLを発行したいのですが良い方法がございますでしょうか。2つの参加用URLはそれぞれ違うターゲット層の為、1つは事前承認付きで、もう一つは事前承認無しの遷移を検討しております。対応できる方法あればご教授下さい
