Hi, I'm setting up our sponsor/exhibitor profiles for a conference in zoom events. We are not using the expo function, we will just have the profiles with all their info and downloadable docs etc. When setting up the profile there's an option to add in things like their twitter address, youtube, website etc. Once I save and then go and have a look at their profile, none of these links are showing. How can I get them to appear on their profile please?

Hi - when we record a Zoom session the participant boxes now cover the slides where they did not before. What view setting is needed in Zoom to make sure boxes do not cover the presentation slides? Thanks
Hi there, I can't seem to find the answer to my question. On zoom Webinars I can plan to send a follow-up email up to 6 days after the Webinar to attendees and Absentees. How do you define Absentees? People who registered to the webinar and didn't attend or people who received the invitation and never responded? Thanks!

HI, HOW CAN I REMOVE FOR PARTECIPANTS THE POSSIBILITY OF DON'T SEE OTHER PARTECIPANTS??
Last week during an webinar, our keynote presenter wanted to share his PowerPoint-presentation. But we encountered some problems. He could share his PowerPoint, but not in the full screen presentation-modus (see attached file). While he could scroll further to the next slide on his laptop, we stay freezed at the first slide. The only way he could manage to let us view something was to select the next slide in the slide-menu on the left. How can we make sure this won't happen again. On the other hand, when I as a hist was sharing my presentation, other watchers said I had the same problem as well. Did I managed something wrong in the settings of this webinar? Very strange, since I am already familiar to use ZOOM for over two years now, and this was the very first time this was happening. Thanks for your responses and fine holidays !

I'm trying to set up admin templates for webinars that my team runs regularly with our customers. Right now when we update a template, each team member has to update it manually. We'd love to use the admin templates feature. However, the description field has a really short character limit compared to user generated templates.
Is this a bug? Has anyone found a workaround? What's going on here?

Hi, I need to postpone my webinar but already have 160+ people registered. I see that I can edit the date and that if I click notify attendees they will receive a generic email about the change. Can I customize this email or is it best to send them a separate email from me letting them know of the change but that the link will remain the same?

Hi, one of our speakers wants to use NDI functionality for their session within zoom events. I have turned on NDI in our account settings under Zoom rooms but note it says to use it meetings and webinars must be started within zoom rooms. Does this mean it's not currently something that would work within Zoom events?
