I am use to running the Registration Report and seeing ALL who have registered. As of this week I am only able to see those have registered this week and have lost view of everyone who is registered. The count is accurate but when I download the report it is missing the entire list of all who registered. @help

Today, we hosted a Zoom webinar, and unfortunately, many attendees experienced disconnections, forcing them to rejoin the webinar. Some participants were unable to rejoin at all, encountering difficulties while stuck in the webinar. We regularly host multiple webinars each day, but it seems that this issue has arisen after the recent Zoom update. We kindly request your attention to investigate and address this matter promptly.

It's worth noting that not only attendees but also co-hosts are facing the same issue of being kicked out of the webinar.

Additionally, I've observed an issue related to polls. It appears that after creating a poll, the system saves it for all subsequent webinars. Consequently, we need to manually delete the polls created for the previous webinar each time. Furthermore, there is an unusual occurrence where the choices in a poll are being altered. For instance, the choices were different initially, but when I launched the poll, the second and third options were the same, and the third option had automatically changed to the second. Your assistance in resolving these matters would be greatly appreciated.

we here in the EU have to ask during the webinar registration for a double opt-in. 

Process: 

The user fills out the registration form.

Then Zoom should send an email to the user, asking him/her to confirm the email

Then Zoom should send the email with the participation link to the user.

Do you know where I can find this double opt-in option ?

If I embed Zoom Meeting on the website, can the attendees still interact during the session?
Can they participate in Q&A, break out rooms?
Will there be recorded sessions available? 
Will there be interaction and session analytics available?
Will there be any difference in the functionalities between sess

I regularly use Zoom and publish recorded meetings and webinars, we always use the shared screen with speaker view. This used to appear as 3/4 shared screen with a smaller image of the speaker centered to the right of it.

Recently since Jan 2023 this has appeared as the shared screen with a small thumbnail in the top right corner. Please see the attached examples.

I have tried troubleshoot this myself but haven't come across any information on it and can't see any settings that may have changed.

Can anyone advise whether this is an update, or is this simply a setting that has changed.

Hello, I have upgraded plan to business to customize vanity url.

After upgraded plan, I've set new vanity url and then it takes long to get approved.

Please let me know how long it will take normally and what to fix it if it is wrong.
