Hi, I have the problem that I have created a recurring event in Zoom Sessions and actually need two different ticket types. This is possible for individual sessions, but not for recurring sessions, apparently? Or is it possible to link several individual sessions?

Any help would be appreciated!

I have a payment function on Zoom. Setting my profile picture is never a problem, but: When I join a meeting where I have to register with a link, my profile picture is never displayed. Of course, I can change it by logging in. But can't I do it beforehand? The aim should be that no matter how and where I take part in a meeting, the profile picture should always be visible. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you very much.

I had a zoom pay per attendee license, and have switched to a zoom unlimited 100 attendees license as it suits my needs better. The issue being it tells me I need to create a new hub but i cannot get into the old one now and have several events scheduled in the coming days - I need to be able to duplicate these events into the new one but cannot access them? Has anyone got any suggestions on this?

I am a longtime user of zoom and Miro with Groups. I use them as two separate programs, but I know, it’s possible to open Miro inside zoom. Long time ago, I tried it and it didn’t work for everyone. I am curious how it works now because it’s a great possibility! I am happy if you have experiences to share

I need people to move themselves about the various virtual rooms, but I don't want them to have the power to close rooms! This should be for the host only. Since, any person who wants to act rogue and dislikes virtual environments can close the rooms, blame it on the technology and say that zoom isn't fit for purpose.  You can't identify who has closed the rooms. And of course everyone denies it. Not useful when you have a large number of externals in your virtual environment that you're trying to impress. How can I give feedback to zoom to get this changed???  I can understand that you may want a second admin person to help the host, so they need the power, but to give everyone the same power is not useful. We can't stop making everyone co-host as there are far too many people to move about. They need to do it themselves. We really need another role - one that allows people to move about so they can see the breakout rooms, but no other powers.

I am trying to install the Zoom for Salesforce Lighting app but get the error for number of relationship field limits. What I have been looking for is the number of relationship fields the app needs and on what object. Anyone have the asnwer or can point me in the right direction?
