Displaying survey results during a conference demonstration

During the demonstration of poll results, only the organizer and co-organizer can see the number of people who voted for a particular question. The rest of the participants can see only a percentage of the total number of participants who took part in the vote.

Please make it possible for participants to see the number of voters as well as for the conference organizer.

Zoom Sessions Event Hub: Default "Show Past Events" to checked

We need the ability to default the "Show Past Events" box to checked so that our clients see all of our events by default. The ability to set the default on this field needs to be added to the Profile section of Zoom Sessions.

Zoom Sessions Event Hub: Add text wrap to Event Title

In our Zoom Events Hub, each event title is cut off and does not wrap beyond two lines of text even though there is clearly enough white space to include the entire title. Please add text wrap so the entire title is visible.

Zoom Session Events Hub: Add Times to Event Listings

It would be very helpful to our users if Date, Time and Duration were listed on each upcoming event widget in our Zoom Hub. Since we only host single day events, the current layout that shows "Start Date" - "End Date" makes no sense to our clients. Show more

UPDATE

I've found out that the Custom Offer functionality is now Generally Available.  Contact me if you want to know more.

Original Post

In today’s (October 21, 2024) Zoom Events Release Notes, there are two items that indicate “New or enhanced features” relating to the long-anticipated Custom Offer functionality. The Custom Offer functionality allows a host to provide potential registrants a special code to claim a percentage discount on a ticket or to access special ticket types not available to the general public.

I’ve been on the beta program for this feature for over two months now, and I think it’s something many Zoom Events producers are looking for.

The problem I have is that this was announced in the August and September release notes, but in both cases, this was pulled from these releases.  Unfortunately, the October release notes don’t mention the inclusion of the original feature set (just the two enhancements to it), and I’m hoping this is just a documentation oversight – otherwise, how could a modification of the feature be included here, right?

Since I’m on the beta program, I can’t tell which parts of the functionality are actually generally available.  If you’re interested in this feature and have time to check it out, I’d appreciate a reply here to let me know.

Feel free to reach out to me with questions or comments.

Looking for some help.

Whenever I do a powerpoint presentation on zoom, the slides get all broken up (lines thru them and words missing)

Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it??

Event listing page does not show the time of the event

We noticed a new layout for the event listing page - the events are now squares on the page.

But we have lost the meeting time display. Is there a setting to display meeting time in the event listing page aside from Meeting name and date?

Thanks!

I have created a Zoom Event. There are two ticket types- in person and virtual (both free). Attendees have already registered. The main meeting sessions are plenary sessions and have been added to the agenda- everyone is invited to those. There are about 8 smaller meetings happening over two days that I am adding now (four concurrently one morning before the main meeting and four the next) that not everyone is invited to. I thought I knew how to do this- I created the meeting in Zoom, clicked hide from agenda (or whatever that setting actually reads), and then looked for a Zoom link to send to the virtual attendees so they can join. There is no link though, and I can't tell what happens to the session if it's hidden from the agenda. Obviously I can still see it on the back end, but how do people join it if they can't see it? How do I make the settings so some people can see it? There are about 60 attendees who should have access to the smaller meetings- some just one but some will be invited to multiple. I would prefer not to individually click settings for each attendee for each meeting but will if I need to- asking the attendees to cancel their registration and sign up for a new ticket type is not an acceptable solution.
