Hi Folks,
Does anyone else get confused by zoom.us/events leading to Zoom's own Events page - and some confusion between that and actual "Zoom Events"?

We are looking at hosting a summit through Zoom Events, however in getting familiar with the setup, we found that once we published the summit, we were no longer able to go back and make adjustments. We anticipate that as we approach our event date, some adjustments will need to be made in the sessions themselves and the speakers, or that we may want to include different text in the description or other aspects of the summit, yet I could find no way to make any modifications other than removing the entire summit and starting over. Is this expected behavior or are we just missing something? How do others handle this? We don't have all of our speakers nailed down yet, but we'd like to start setting up speaker bios, entering in the schedule, and allowing those who have already committed to start practicing, as well as opening up our lobby earlier rather than later. I don't see any way to save a summit as a draft either (in other words, entering in data and uploading pictures, but not pressing the publish button at the end and just saving. Your help is so appreciated!

Hello, I left WHOVA and bought a zoom event plateform a couple of days ago. I am tired of being sent here and there for a simple question: "How do I create an event?" Is there a simple and stepwise process to create an event? or shall i just forget this app?

My client sent me an invite to switch my Zoom account over to her company's account. I received the confirmation email that my account was, indeed, switched to her company's. I was made Admin and I can see that I am among the other 2 people assigned to Admin status. I want to go to Branding but Zoom will not allow it. What needs to be done? Thanks, in advance.

Hi Community, Would appreciate your help very much! I have a professional account with zoom I'd like to use in case I'm not in front of the computer, but somehow I've been experiencing difficulties switching from my personal account to this professional account. When I click on "sign in with google" icon, I come to a page where it says "choose an account" Then I see my personal account there, but I click "use another account" Then it comes to another page saying " signed in to Google as" with a bunch of my google accounts, in which my professional account is also there, so I click it, and it takes me directly to my phone's account setting both professional and personal. Then I'm stuck because it only shows information for me to review, not to linked to any action. So Zoom and community, what should I do in this case? Have u experienced the same? I use Android phones, previously Google Pixel 3, now Pixel 4a, same issue, never was able to work for once.

I was trying to get into Zoomtopia Lobby using 5.7.5 and was prompted to reach out to our IT to upgrade. Is there a requirement for client 5.7.6 now?
What's the difference between the three? We purchased the 500 attendee Event Plan, set everything up in goevents.zoom.us but we cannot access it now. The domain redirects to log in at the main zoom site. When we login it redirects me to onevents.zoom.us which seems to be some sort of beta site.
Then if I click into events.zoom.us all of my hubs that I previously set up in goevents.zoom.us have disappeared. When I create a new event, I'm limited to 99 attendees which is not the plan I paid an annual subscription for.
What's the difference between the three and what happened to my $1000 subscription? Billion-dollar company, why is there no real support for this company?
