Hosting Conference
I work for a large university and have an Education type account. I will be hosting a conference where we have a main room/link and then separate rooms/links for other speakers. I have created event links and have alternative hosts selected for each room/link. From what I've read it seems like that means I can be hosting and administrating the main room/link and my alternative hosts can open and run the other meetings at the same time. Is that correct? The rooms are all created by me, but I don't actually have to open them or be present to have those meetings occurring? An alternative host can do everything. I just want to double check so that when attendees split up into 4 different rooms, they don't get errors that I have to be in each room to make it happen!
