Kayreach System) in collaboration with Telkom Indonesia and also all related parties to make events like this successful. +- Detailed events : Although I'm happy to be able to support Indonesia's independence day ceremony using Zoom, I hope this pandemic ends quickly so that we can run many offline events again. Just wanted to share an amazing experience while supporting our beloved President Joko Widodo using Zoom for Indonesia's Independence day ceremony.
1. 20+ Large Meeting 1000.
2. 20+ Hosted Meetings.
3. Lots of PCs and small and large screens are used.
4. Cooperation with many TV stations for broadcast.

There was a great discussion today in Zoom Test Kitchen with Sam Kokajko from Zoom regarding Zoom Events.
I work for a large university and have an Education type account. I will be hosting a conference where we have a main room/link and then separate rooms/links for other speakers. I have created event links and have alternative hosts selected for each room/link. From what I've read it seems like that means I can be hosting and administrating the main room/link and my alternative hosts can open and run the other meetings at the same time. Is that correct? The rooms are all created by me, but I don't actually have to open them or be present to have those meetings occurring? An alternative host can do everything. I just want to double check so that when attendees split up into 4 different rooms, they don't get errors that I have to be in each room to make it happen!

A colleague of mine changed me to the host for a meeting he had organized. After the meeting, my colleague wanted to check the attendance time of all meeting participants. However, both my colleague and my account don't see attendance times. What should I do?

Hi created some paid classes to be open to the public however, I have some people who have already paid for my classes.
How do I create free access to those who have already paid?
I am looking at changing to Zoom events but cant get clarity on functionality of system. I am running a 3 hour session with multiple speakers and want to host severa; breakout sessions concurrently during the event so that attendees can be placed in virtual workshops. Is this possible with Zoom events?

Just asked this in the Zoomtopia Community and they suggested adding it here. I have a Zoom Events question - and Support has no clue - I wanted to set up my Zoom Host profile. When I select "+Add video", the only video upload link is for a YouTube portfolio. My portfolio is on my Vimeo channel and my website. How can I add them with YouTube being the only option? Sharyn
