Zoom Events In-Session Branding

I enabled and set up In-Session branding for my Zoom event but it doesn't display when the session starts. I uploaded a background and added name tags for speakers. I did have one name tag show up for one speaker. What am I missing?

Its only available for webinars.  I run a FB group for zoom event which you are welcome to join https://www.facebook.com/groups/zoomeventpros.  I run a weekly test conference for testing out new features.  Happy to take a look at webinar branding together.  Do not that participants not on client version 5.10.0 will not see the graphics.  https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4836268732045
