Webinar Transcripts not available

Hello I keep reading that live transcripts are available for webinars, but that feature is not available on our account. We have enabled Live Transcripts in our admin panel and it works for regular zoom meetings, but it is not working for our Webinars. In Webinars, we only have Closed Captioning options available. Any thoughts?

As far as I can tell, you still need either a human attendee (you can give permission for them to type out notes / a transcript) or you can sign up for a 3rd party transcription service (like Otter.ai or Rev.com) and link that into your Zoom account.
