Pre-register webinar without sending email to those who are registered

Hello!

I would like to upload my webinar registrants into Zoom before the webinar, and not to send them an email with joining instructions as we are managing event communications out of a different solution. Is this possible?

Desire to upload list of registrants

Desire to avoid these people having to register again to access the webinar on the day

Desire to avoid sending the Zoom generated email to the pre-registered list i've uploaded

Hey @MindyLW , have you tried using Zoom Events? The Advanced Options section of Event Creation allows you to disable certain notifications if you plan to handle all your own communications.

Zoom Events also allows for pre-registration, making it even easier for guests to join your virtual event.
