Help with creating my 1st webinar that requires registration. Thank you!

I am hosting my 1st online webinar. I googled for directions on how to create webinar where people must register. I am unable to find the word webinar to click on on my home page or account. I need to create this asap. Could someone please help me? Thank you so much for any help!

I have a paid account but not sure which account I have. So perhaps I don't have the kind of account needed to schedule webinars. Perhaps that is why I cannot find where to schedule a webinar. Now I need to ask Zoom what kind of account I have.
