Do a Zoom Webinar on the renewing date


Today is my renewing date for my Zoom Pro Account and my Zoom Webinar add-on. Everything is properly setted and paied. However, for some reason (I assume that is something related to the billing process) I cannot use or buy again a Zoom Webinar. What should I do to solve that? I need to do a webinar today.

Confirm in Admin -> Account Management -> Billing -> Current Plans (might be in another Menu group, depending on your account) to see if the Webinar add-on is listed. You stood at Service Effective Date (when the current subscription started) and Next Invoice Date (when you’ll be billed again).


Confirm in Admin -> Account Management -> Billing -> Invoice History that your Webinar add-on has been paid for.


Confirm in Personal -> Profile that the Webinar add-in is assigned to your user login.
