Cloud recording

Hi everyone, 

I can't record on my cloud anymore. This is the notice when I sign in to my profile. 

Important Notice
 "Cloud recording has been disabled. Please contact your account admin for more information."
I know that this is because no space on cloud, but what I need to do to fix it? I already delete all my recordings but nothing happens. Please help.

Check your settings via your Zoom User portal and confirm Cloud Recording is on, if it's off/locked/gray/missing, ask your Zoom admin to enable this feature.
