Using Admin App Management as non Admin user

If you sign in to a personal (free) Zoom account, then you can provision an app and also get in to the Admin App Management section. But if you are part of a corporate account, you can provision the app fine but you can not see any of the options und... Show more

If you sign in to a personal (free) Zoom account, then you can provision an app and also get in to the Admin App Management section. But if you are part of a corporate account, you can provision the app fine but you can not see any of the options underneath Admin App Management. It won't even show up.

 

The holder of our corporate Zoom admin login is in a department that is not directly involved in software development. We can't ask that person to provision an app and then go and say, set the app permissions etc. The developers have to do that for testing and working out how the end user will ultimately install.

 

Can regular users be grouped together and be given a certain amount of admin rights?

I want to integrate Zoom into the new Splunk Incident Intelligence product to allow our teams to create a zoom call when we create an incident but I'm not finding much information on how to integrate it. I've gone to the Zoom marketplace but it looks like that's just used if I want to build an app to integrate into Zoom. 
I've attached a screenshot of the information that is required to integrate. Any help in pointing me in the direction of where to find the API key and API secret would be appreciated.

Good morning. I would like to know if it is possible to increase the number of participants to 300 but without the need to extend the licenses. I only need one and that makes the plan more expensive. Thank you

Getting Invalid access token during OAuth

For some reason, i'm getting this error when connecting an OAuth app

 

"Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[user:write:admin, user:read:admin, user:read, use (truncated...)"
 
This happens when calling the https://api.zoom.us/v2/users/me endpoint with the access token.
I've tested the same app with the development credentials and it works perfectly. I've also tested it with another app that we're using for our staging environment and it works with the production credentials.
 
Both apps have the same scopes:
meeting:write
user:read
 
Not sure what else to try...
