Hi,

 

I am a Canvas admin but not our organization's Zoom admin, so I cannot "tinker" with the Zoom LTI Pro settings. We create meetings through LTI Pro. We also have Panopto. We would like Zoom cloud recordings associated with meetings that were created through the LTI Pro integration to automatically land in a course folder in Panopto, so that students have access to the recordings there. Why? Because the transcript search is much better in Panopto.

 

However, we want to do this only for specific courses. I'm reading about "scheduling tracking fields" and folder mapping, but this puts me over my head.

 

Question is: Can this workflow be established for only specific Canvas courses? If we create a tracking field, does that mean anyone scheduling any Zoom meeting will be prompted? What does that look like?

Remove a Note taking from App from Zoom

Hi I want to remove an App called ClickUp Notetaker which I may have by mistake enabled however subsequently I removed it from the Apps. This App still gets into the meetings. How can I remove it permanently?

I use Huawei Matepad 12X, I downloaded Zoom using GBox, when I click on sign in with Google in Zoom, the built-in browser opens, then I enter my data. The site says that Zoom will open in a few seconds, if not, you need to manually click the button. But no matter how much I click, nothing happens.

How to disable persistent read.ai from former participant

I'm in a bit of a bind with read.ai. I host a recurring meeting set up with "join before host" so that participants can interact if I am late or can't attend. At the very first meeting, a participant enabled read.ai, which I have disabled every time. That participant has not attended since that first meeting, and yet the read.ai prompt shows up at the start of the meeting every single time. 

 

I have read all the other posts by users who are trying to disable the read.ai service, and none of them apply here because (a) I don't have a read.ai account, (b) setting up a waiting room won't work with the "join before host" option, (c) the person who invited read.ai has not returned to the meeting but the read.ai bot still shows up, and (d) even if I reach out to that person, it isn't clear how she would turn off the service without joining the meeting.

 

Is there any way to eliminate the read.ai service, or do I have to set up an entirely new meeting to do so?

I am trying to add the Zoom connector by Fivetran app on the marketplace and I am running into this error.

 

On the requirements section, it says:

 

"

You are missing the following user role privileges to add the app.Edit on Web Portal
 
API Features>View "Chat channels""
 
I tried to go to the https://zoom.us/role edit url but i am then shown this error code "Access restricted. (200)"
 
I am confirm I am an admin for our org's account. My co-worker who has company owner role access, is getting the same error while trying to replicate the steps.
 
Any idea how to fix this?

Zoom app is not working

We have created an App called DFS_RTMS_APP, we have added events as RTMS_started and RTMS stopped as shown in the screenshot . When we added other events related to meeting like meeting started and meeting stopped these events are getting captured in... Show more

We have created an App called  DFS_RTMS_APP, we have added events as RTMS_started and RTMS stopped as shown in the screenshot . When we added other events related to meeting like meeting started and meeting stopped these events are getting captured in logs but when we check the logs rtms started and rtms stopped is not getting triggered..

This was working until friday and we tested also but since yesterday these RTMS events are not getting triggered . Please let us know if we need to trigger any settings change for this to work .

I recently created a Warmly account through Zoom. The name tag is cool, but there was no easy way to turn it on and off in the middle of a call, so I deleted it from my Zoom account and I deleted my Warmly account, but the name tag continues to appear on the screen when I'm sharing my camera. How can I get rid of this?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently testing the forum override styles in Zoom and noticed that not all elements respond to my custom CSS. While some parts update correctly, other components still stick to the default theme, which makes the customization look inconsistent.

I wanted to ask if anyone here has successfully managed to apply global CSS changes across the forum. Is there a specific method or best practice to ensure that custom styles don’t get overridden by system defaults?

Interestingly, it feels a bit like going through — plenty of options available, but only some choices actually fit what you need at the time. That’s how my CSS changes feel right now: selective instead of global. Any practical tips, code examples, or references would really help me out.
