Hello everyone.

I have installed the Jeenie app on my desktop zoom app.

It's the first time I install an app on zoom so I don't know if I would get the same issue with other apps.

When I open the zoom app and click on the Jeenie app I get to the loading page. But never beyond. It keeps loading it forever.

Any clues?

I tried to re-install the zoom app, re-download the jeenie app and so on.

We received a notification that our publishable URL is set to expire in one week. Our app has already been submitted to the marketplace and is currently undergoing review. Is there a way to request an extension on the beta publishable URL to ensure our Zoom app remains active throughout the review process.

In our zoom webhook events, we are missing some fields and I'm not sure why.

You can see both the email and the user name are not available in any of our webhook events, even ones where the user is the host and is authenticated. 

Is this a setting that I need to update?

Hello I opened a new app at https://marketplace.zoom.us/. However, the "Allow" button at the end of the page that opens after clicking the "Add app now" button at the end of the Development section is not working. Nothing happens when I click on it?! Why?!

Nous aimerions savoir si vous proposez des options pour faciliter cette intégration, et si une assistance technique est disponible pour garantir une compatibilité fluide entre Zoom et notre système ITC.

I am trying to add  the LTI Pro app so I can connect to Canvas LMS. I pre-approved the app in the Zoom App Marketplace, but the "add" button is still greyed out and I cannot add the app to my account. I do have an Education account and have tried pre-approving it both for myself and for the all users and neither option has worked. 

We use Zoom webinars and Pardot (aka Account Engagement). Our Pardot instance has multiple business units, each of which host webinars. We like to use Pardot form to capture registrations, so as to keep our corresponding SF campaigns and Zoom webinars in sync. 

I have had limited success in getting the Pardot app in the Zoom App marketplace to work. A big limitation thus far is that I cannot seem to integrate multiple business units at once. Does this app only support one Pardot business unit at a time?
