Hello! I am super satisfied with work of an AI Companion BUT, only if it works... I just had several situation with AI Companion just didn't work even if I have him turned on manually and I have an option to automatically be turned on on every meeting. Please advise me when this issue will be solved because I am working with my clients and I NEED to have the summaries to bring them value.

 

Right now I am considering to change the meeting software to Google Meet (because for me it's free) and buy an external notetaker.

 

HELP! 🙂

Problem description:
I am the organizer of Zoom meetings and use the web interface. I usually have no issues accessing meeting summaries, but the summary for a specific day won’t open.

  • I can see it in the list, but the arrow button to open it doesn’t work.
  • Summaries for other days open without any problems.
  • I’ve tried using different browsers (Chrome, Edge) and reloading the page, but the issue persists.
  • I also tried accessing it from another device and through the Zoom app, but the problem remains only for this particular summary.
  • There’s no option to download the data or bypass the issue in the Reports section.

Are there any known reasons or solutions for this issue?

  • Account level: Licensed version
  • Operating system and browsers used:Windows 10 pro, Chrome 131.0.6778.70
  • Date and time of the meeting: Nov 21, 2024 08:39

I would greatly appreciate any assistance!

Hi, I'm probably having a 50% success rate with AI companion actually generating a meeting summary. I get this message:  I apologize, we are unable to generate what you need because the input provided does not contain sufficient information. Please check whether the input is too brief or unclear.

 

Meetings are 30 minutes. Very clear action items in the meeting. Typically these meetings are me and one other person. All my settings are set properly (cloud recordings, generate meeting summary, ai companion on from the start, etc.). Any idea what's going on? My next step is to get a different AI notetaker but would rather not pay for another tool.

I used Zoom AI transcription services in Zoom phone with success 10 days ago. Yesterday, the platform no longer shows the AI diamond selections, my previous transcriptions are "poof" gone, and now when I make a call it is no longer transcribing. I checked settings, worked with the chatbot, worked with a live agent, and reset everything. Logged in again to see if it is in place and NO it is not. Tested it this morning and NO it is not working. Seriously? What did Zoom do that messed all of this up?!?

Hi, I'm using Zoom Workflow to send email notifications after the meeting ends. What I'm trying to figure out is how to choose email recipients based on the live meeting participants. Currently, the Gmail integration with Zoom Workflow doesn't allow me to select live participants for the email, which means I have to enter them manually. This will be an issue when each meeting has different participants.

Meeting Summary with AI companion is not as good as it has been

What is going on with the quality of the Meeting Summary with AI Companion?  Has there been some change or upgrade implemented recently?!  My Meeting Summaries have gotten progressively shorter and worse over the last week or so.

I just ran into a situation where the AI Companion meeting summary assigned an action item to a person who had not attended the meeting. There is no record of the person's name in the attendee list or in the meeting transcript.

I've relied on and enjoyed the meeting summaries, but my confidence stumbled.

I am the only user on my Pro account yet the AI Meeting summary switch is greyed out and i can't turn it on.
