AI Companion not recourding?

I am not receiving an email after the end of my meeting as well its not in the meeting summary section of my accoiunt.  It has worked in the beginning of December and was great.  Now it isnt and that not great.  

 

Any help please

Amen! My account manager simply copy pastes a generic reply and flips me to the Support Bot which seems to somehow still be powered by AI from 1985. There is very little help online as this is a new feature (which is why we find ourselves here). To add to our own knowledge on this issue, I am on a Macbook Pro 2023 M2 and recently updated to Zoom Version: 5.17.2 (28415) - it did not fix the issue. Another clue: since January 1st I've been getting TWO pop ups at the beginning of the call notifying that AI Summary is on... when it worked there was only one pop up... I've been a Zoom evangalist since 2018 and I'm really dissapointed at the lack of support on this. I love the feature, but not feeling the love. RM
