During our initial Zoom onboarding, we had set up multiple bots, with multiple campaigns, and multiple campaign locations. After operating with ZVA for 6 months, we've decided to streamline and consolidate product bots and campaigns. We have been able to delete the bots no longer in use and the campaigns no longer in use, but cannot delete campaign locations. Out of the 40 campaign locations, we need just under half of them.

As part of our process, we use different campaign engagement windows to notify users of service interruptions, and this change is handled by individuals with less knowledge of ZVA than our day-to-day ZVA admins. Our concern is that during a product incident when a user is under great pressure to quickly adjust all of the bots/campaigns, the user may also inadvertently change the campaign location.

We would like to be able to delete campaign locations to help reduce the potential human errors, but also to reduce the clutter of our ZVA environment.

Hi,

  I have a question. I was on a call today and I was trying to speak to someone, but they kept telling us that they couldn’t hear us. My volume was all the way up my Bluetooth was initially connected so I disconnected it. I made sure to select the microphone in my participants menu to make sure the mute was not on and the speaker was active.

 

I noticed that the host’s name appeared in the very bottom, left hand of the screen. Beside their name, there was a microphone in red with a line through it, which I believe was indicating that the host, not the participant, was controlling the mute function for the call and had muted me.  

 

I am attaching two photographs with red arrows. Both photographs are showing the participants microphone controls and the hosts controls for our call. From what I understand in my experience using Zoom and what I was able to review online, it is my belief that the reason the host could not hear us was because they had muted me remotely via the host controls.  Looking at the attached photos, is someone able to verify this for me?

I want to build a customize zoom application in React. I want to integrate it in my website and want to display heartbeat and other facial expressions of the participants in the real-time(in the live zoom meeting). I tried to explore zoom meeting web SDK for it. However I found that web SDK doesn't allow access to raw video of the zoom so I can't process it to display heartbeat and other facial expressions. 
Is this possible to get the access to the raw video for making this kind of an app?

We recently discovered an issue with our website's CSP settings that required an additional step to ensure that all browsers can access and open ZVA. 

If you're seeing reports that "ZVA isn't opening for me" and the icon is not showing, please ask your Dev Op or IT Manager to do the following:

add *.zoom.us to script-src (load js from *.zoom.us)

add *.zoom.us to child-src (to load iframe from *.zoom.us)

add wss://*.zoom.us https://*.zoom.us (to connect-src to make http request)

If your DevOps or IT Manager does not approve of this method, please submit a support ticket under the product category "Zoom Virtual Agent," and we have other options to provide them to ensure that ZVA can operate as intended on your web assets and you can get a high ROI for your investment with Zoom Virtual Agent and Contact Center!

Hi all - within Campaign Management we are setting up a series of chat flows. We have customised our engagement windows and added welcome screens, however, the pre-determined 'fields' available for us to display on the welcome screen are somewhat limited/restricted to 8 fields.

 

My question is two fold - is it possible to add custom fields, and if so, how would I then enable them to display within this section for us to be able to collect this information from our customers at the welcome screen? I've dabbled with variables with limited success thus far.

Пробовал: обновление обновления виндовс,драйвера видеокарты,переустановил,скачал старую версию,скачал новую версию.
С телефоном все работает, ошибка на ПК 

 

Virtual Agent does not understand question

Received acknowledgement of payment. Cannot sign in. Virtual Agent does not understand issue.  No response to "live chat" after over an hour talking with Virtual Agent.  It's like talking with a 3 year old.
