Hello everyone.
When using outlook on Mac (latest versions of both), and hovering on a contact name, the Chat icon brings Teams all the time.
How can I change this to Zoom chat ?

Not supported since the last Zoom update. Have contacted Zoom support but although the new chat experience appears to be enabled, my participants cannot send to me
I am struggling to put on Closed captioning for the zoom class that I am in ... I have already tried clicking on the zoom tab and did not see anything. I clicked on the "more" tab and there was only an option that said "stop incoming video"... I even went to settings and clicked for "manual captions"... "automated captions" and "save captions" and I still don't have closed captioning. Would anyone be able to help with this? Thanks

How do you find a peers's Gmail if you don't think you remember it what would you do to find it.
Hello! Since last week, my teams have been in zoom meetings where the chats that come through during the meeting can be seen via the notification pop-up, but when you click into the chat modal itself, they disappear. Also, when going into breakout rooms, we cannot see any of the saved chat. Is this happening to anyone else / are there any other known solutions?
