I have been using zoom pro for three years
now my pc and my iPad will not link to my zoom meetings. Only my cell will link up. Please advise
I bought the Pro version last night and it shows in my account that I'm a Pro user. Unfortunately, when I click on my picture it says I'm only a basic user. How do I get this changed please?
I am setting up some channels in teams chat for a couple of internal groups in my organization. They have several shared documents that they work off. In MS Teams when they start editing a document it is saved int he cloud and everyone collaborates at the same time. does Zoom have this capability?

Good morning. I'm recording a powerpoint presentation. In my presentation is a video. I play the video and hear it but when I listen to my recording I hear myself talking and then nothing when I play the video. Does anyone know what I need to do? Thank you! Beth

Is it possible to completely disable Team Chat not by the management web portal, but via domain group policy or registry? We want to prohibit our users from using this function, but not all of them can be managed from the web portal.

My video screen is black on my laptop's ZOOM app, showing only my name at the bottom left hand corner. When using my latop as a telephone at my former work location, the ZOOM app was originally set-up for phone conversation only, via a static phone number, without video capability. I think or I hope there's a 'preference default setting' in the ZOOM app that needs to be changed in order to switch-on (or, engage) my laptop's video cam .... Can anyone help me with this in order to engage my cam?
