I am having difficulty updating to the current version of Zoom

Zoom has apparently removed messages older than a year. Unfortunately, this was executed without prior notice, and I've realized that I had crucial messages and documents stored in those chats. I'm eager to know if there's any possible way to retrieve this data. Thank you.

We post lots of videos in the chat and sometimes, they're embed and you can preview them just by clicking the play button, sometimes they're not embed and you have to download the file and open it separately outside of Zoom. I can't seem to figure out what causes one or the other and would love some help.

Can Zoom remember the member of team chat?

when ever i try to add a custom emoji, it is saying i am no longer authorized to edit custom emoji. the article on zoom's support page on how to enable custom emoji, it is saying to go to account settings, but i cant find account settings and when i try to go to a link which send me to it, it says i do not have permission (200). i am the owner of my account.

I'm trying to set up Team Chat for our business but the Team Chat Tab is not showing on the desktop.
I don't know where else to post this question, apologies if there's a better forum. My account type is Zoom One Pro (5.17, Mac) for client meetings and group trainings only. Been using it for years. I don't recall when they added this rigamarole on the left, but I don't want to look at it. I'm the sole employee at my company, not an enterprise customer. Where do I go to hide it or turn it off? I just want to see the "old school" home screen, which is now shoved over to the right and missing the New Meeting buttons and such. I've read (on reddit/r/zoom) that I should go to my admin portal and "turn off the ability to chat with other people." But that option does not appear anywhere in my settings. I have two sets of settings, one says "Personal" and the other "Admin". In Admin > Team Chat Management, there's only one category, "Channels" and it says I've not created any Channels yet. So aggravating! Please help.

I have been trying to add custom emojis in zoom but get the error message "You are no longer authorized to edit custom emojis." I am the admin of the account. I looked at the help form for enabling custom emojis and it says to click Account Management then Account Settings. There is no Account Settings option for me. Has anyone figured out this issue?
