Oftentimes I cannot open the replies to messages in the regular Zoom Chat. The chat shows me "3 replies" but when I click on it, only my own text box for responding is displayed. One of my colleagues has the same problem. Does anyone know how to solve it?

I have looked if there is an easy way to identify Team Chats where a file was shared. Even better to identify files share with an external Team Chat member.

Hello, For some reason, contact requests are not making it out to anyone. Status says "Pending" and in chat it lists them all as "You Sent A Contact Request" No one is receiving them in their email. I am logged in with Pro account. Any help/advice would be appreciated. JImmy Roberts

Hi! I am exploring ways to enhance mass emergency notifications. In addition to using other methods, such as mass text or phone call, the case study here would be to enhance the current capabilities and hit employees via Zoom (chat or call) during really big and bad things, like an active shooter scenario or significant internal application or infrastructure outage. Perhaps a way to post a banner to active meetings? This could even be for non-emergency messages, like HR to post messages "hey, reminder to sign up for benefits" Is anyone familiar with a way to send a message to all within the organization, or post a zoom banner/ alert for others to see? Thanks!

I have the zoom app running on my samsung s22 plus, android version 14. All of a sudden, with some update perhaps, I am no longer seeing messages on team chat or some calls unless I open the app, then I see i've got unread messages and/or missed calls. This is particularly true when the app hasn't received messages throughout the evening. After opening the app, i'll get message notifications ,etc. but it seems to time out after a period. Suggestions?

Recently one of our employees left and their account was removed from Zoom. They no longer appear under User Management. However, they still appeared in Channels and Group Chats. I was able to remove them from the Channels through the Team Chat Management -> Channels by adding myself as a channel admin. However, I do not see a similar mechanism for Group Chats. I am a full admin on out Zoom account. Does anyone have any ideas on both why the user was not removed from all of the channels and group chats, and how to remove the user from group chats that they are members of? Thanks, Andy
