Hi, Is it possible to forward messages written in a group chat or channel to the member's registered email addresses? At times, users do not see the messages in the chats and it would be a very good feature to send a reminder to users via email to check the chat/channel for any unnoticed activity... Thanks

Hello Community, When I sign into my Zoom Account I am directed to a QR code to register for an authentication app of your choice. I don't have an authentication app on my iMac, so I then click 'go back' and then click 'skip', which allows me into my account. According to my Zoom Account Profile under 'Sign In' the 'Two Factor Authentication" is set to 'On'. My question to the Zoom Community is why when my Two Factor Authentication is set to On, do I not receive an SMS to my mobile phone with a code and why can I open my account without the necessity a Two Factor Authentication code. Zoom has permissions to allow read & write of google contacts but cannot edit them??? How can zoom create a google contact but not have the capability to edit said contacts via the apps? Makes no sense to have users flip back and forth for contact management.

I would like to have the functionality to remove "Zoom Phone Entities" list from view. We do not use it and it is cluttering up the screen. Additionally, For system wide contacts settings, Please make each item for this option toggleable. "List all Zoom Phone Entities (Call Queue, Shared Line Group, Auto Receptionist) under ‘All Contacts’" We want more control over what our users see. They get confused/overwhelmed when they see 10 contact list and half of them are empty or used for call routing purposes but we cannot turn them off.

Hello, Is it possible to receive a report from our Zoom Workplace Pro account that shows us the full name of the participant that clicked on the recording link we sent them. We had a webinar on April 30th, and some participants could not make it. Our sales team would like to know who actually clicked on the recording link that we sent them from our e-mail account. Is this even possible? I know we can see who was present and pull a CSV report, but we are looking for more of a report that shows who clicked on the recording link. Thank you, Katherine Jung

When I set a contact to notify me when avalible, I get no notifications that my contact is avalible. Maybe it's that I'm not signed in so I get no notifications? Is there a place where zoom gives you your notifications? How will zoom notify me when someone is avalible? Do I have to be signed in? Can anyone answer these questions? I will really appreciate if you can answer my question.

Is there any workaround to get the notifications of team or direct DMs in both the devices that I'm logged in to (in my case, laptop and mobile)? Currently I'm getting only the most recent logged-in device. But if there's any workaround to have it on multiple devices, then I can always stay connected with the messages that I get.

I can't team chat for some reason after updating and when I go to the account settings and click on team chat, its just a white screen. What do I do!?
