Hello, 

 

I'm a spanish guy who talks in the mac zoom APP in spanish, english and catalan. From my mac its a disaster, I can't talk to my catalan colleagues without having to rewrite all the words I type. I have tried already to deactivate the autocorrect from the operating system (MAC) but it's still correcting the words (the zoom APP). 
When I have to talk to my catalan colleagues, I have to take my iphone to have proper conversations without having to rewrite every word. I have googled and searched in this forum for a solution. Can you help?

I don't need any autocorrect but I can't turn it off from zoom, it's the only app on my Mac that acts like that.

We use Zoom Chat as our company’s primary internal communication tool. I’d love the ability to reply to messages directly from a notification in iOS.

 

When a notification comes in, I have to open the Zoom app to view the entire message and reply to it. It’s even cut off by a wide margin in the notification itself.

 

By comparison, if a Slack notification comes in, I can view the entire message and reply directly without having to open the app.

In the zoom chat it is quite annoying that the user selecting popup rises when typing '@' expecially when typing emails.

 

Can the zoom chat do like Disourse here does, do the user selecting popup only if there's a space before '@'? So when typing emails or quoting '@' no use selecting popup appears. The popup should appear only when the user type `<space>@`.

I don't want to logout automatically. Where can I find this related setting?

Hi. I was using Zoom Workplace on my laptop for quite a long time now, but suddenly, Zoom Workplace glitches. It automatically signs me out everytime I relaunch it, cannot download files & pictures from the chatbox, emojis downloading stucks at 0%, automatically switches to light theme every time I enter Settings (in a Zoom app meeting). And the worst thing is: When I try to DM a contact in the Team Chat tab, it just requires me to add that contact even though I did the same on my desktop computer. And when I click "Add contact" and confirm (there's a confirmation before I add a contact), it just displays another window with a barrier logo, an Ok button, and NO TEXT, WARNINGS, OR ERROR MESSAGES.

 

I wish I could share my screenshots of what happened as I do not have permissions, but the glitches are very weird.

 

I tried to uninstall and reinstall Zoom Workplace, and searching for other solutions from people in this Zoom Community, but nothing worked. I guess the problem started because of my old Zoom versions before updating to the new Zoom Workplace app, or there's something with the registry keys or values that affects how the app works. Or even worse, maybe because of my "old" Windows 10 system (I didn't upgrade to Windows 11, but my Windows 11 desktop works fine with no issues).

 

Does this problem only happen to my device, or is it possible that anyone else could encounter these glitches?

Is there any solutions to this problem?

Why is it impossible to save conversations from the Zoom app?

Hitting select all on the keyboard doesn't select the entire conversation, and selecting the text manually only selects a small amount, not the whole text. Am I missing something?

I have done over 200 Zoom workplace podcasts using a Zoom Live Trak L8 audio console with no problems.    Within the past two weeks, Zoom Workplace is reluctant to recognize my L8 drivers.   It defaults to internal mic and headphones.

I now have to open and close Zoom workplace four or five times before it will grab the L8 drivers.

 

I have talked to Zoom electronics and they insist that the L8 is compatible with Zoom workplace.   Zoom workplace support says the L8 is not a compatible device.

 

How is it then that I have used them for over two years with no trouble and suddenly there is a complication.  If I have Adobe Audition open and then open Zoom workplace,  Audition drops the L8 drivers and switches to internal mic and earphones.

I have the L8 set a default in Apple system settings, but as soon as I open Zoom workplace it defaults to internal mic.

 

I have downloaded new drivers for Zoom L8 and the Zoom Worrkplace app.   I'm going crazy with this..

Hi, I'm missing the option for reacting with an emoji to messages in zoom chat threads. I'm using an android phone, and until a few weeks ago I could hold down on a thread chat message and the option to react with an emoji would appear. To be clear, I'm able to react to normal messages sent in the chat, but if it's a message someone has written in response to an existing message, I can't react. I've tried re-downloading the app to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm experiencing multiple issues trying to set up my Logitech Rally Bar without a Logitech Tap controller.

  1. Zoom Rooms:
    I downloaded the Zoom Rooms Controller app on my iPad and entered the pairing code shown on the Rally Bar, but the code is always marked as invalid. My organization has a Zoom license, but I’m not sure if it’s the right type.
    Do I need a specific Zoom Rooms license for this to work?

  2. Microsoft Teams Rooms:
    When trying to connect, the system tells me that “your current license is not supported by this device.”
    Does Teams Rooms require a special Microsoft 365 license?

  3. Google Meet:
    The Rally Bar says:
    “A touch controller isn’t paired to this device. Tap the gear icon to open Settings. Press & hold the Bluetooth button on the back of the device for 5 seconds and then pair the device in Settings.”
    Can I use an iPad or any other tablet instead of the Logitech Tap controller? Or is the original Tap required for Google Meet?

Overall, my questions are:

  • Do I need special licenses (Zoom Rooms / Microsoft Teams Rooms) to use the Rally Bar with these platforms?

  • Can I use an iPad as a controller instead of the Logitech Tap?

  • Is it possible to set up and control the Rally Bar fully without the original Tap controller?WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ?

I have been using zoom for years.  Now my attendees cannot join my meeting.  I send them the meeting invitation with all the necessary information, but when they try to enter, they receive a message which says I am already in a meeting.  This is not true.  I am waiting for them to enter the "waiting room" but they cannot.  

What is wrong?

How can I fix this?
