Hi, I'm fairly new to using Zoom and I was wondering if anyone can help me with a problem? When I send a time in my link the time that the person receives is not the same time. My time zone is the same but she still is receiving a differnet time as I intended for her to have. Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions for me?

Hi there, my company uses Zoom as a chat for internal communications. Sometimes it happens that the zoom on my Windows 11 PC is apparently operational but in reality I am offline for other colleagues. Colleagues write to me but for them I am offline even if for my zoom I am online. The only way to solve the problem is to become reachable again with the chats and restart zoom. This happens about every 2 or 3 hours even with the PC in use. Zoom is updated and connected with a Lan cable. Thank you so much.

I'm looking to find a way to setup an audio alert, on my computer not my phone, when a Zoom contact calls. Skype has this feature and it is very useful. I can hear the ringing and quickly go to my computer to 'pickup'. Can't do that with Zoom or at least I can't find a way to setup such a feature. Is it possible? Thank you for any help you can provide. I'm obviously a recent transfer from Skype to Zoom as a result of Skype being discontinued in May 2025.

I am on the free subscription and over the weekend two channel chats I've been using for a year have disappeared, there is no more access or chat history
Did anyone else run into this or know if there is a fix for this?

Messages addressed to meeting group chat will also appear in the meeting group chat in Team Chat Due to the large number of participants in this meeting system messages for those who joined or left have been disabled

I am using zoom in my Chrome browser and when I try following the chat log it goes up and down.
It makes it very hard to track where I was left off and what new entries are.
In v5.10.0 of Zoom, a feature was added "Folders for grouping chats and channels". This is a great feature and I took to it right away organizing people into folders. However, if you do this, and then try to access those contacts on your mobile device, the folders and the contacts do not show up. The only way to get someone to show up on the mobile device is to "star" them. Is there a plan to update the mobile app to include these folders?
If I star someone on the mobile app that is already in a folder on the desktop, they stay in the folder on the desktop and there is a choice to "unstar" them. This is not a good alternative.
