How do we get some response from zoom or some level of support?

How on earth do we get some level of support from zoom?

Our Account Manager is absolutely useless.

 

Asked for help with our account and he didnt respond for 10 days after a follow up or 2.

E.g. Sent the email on 19th March, and he finally responded on the 29th.

... and the response was useless and didnt help at all.

 

Sent another email on the 29th, and still havent had any response.

 

Zoom - do you expect your account managers (Paul Chang) to turn customers away? Because that is what he has done for us. Looking at other options ASAP.

 

Maybe this will get some response?
