I have a few Zoom rooms that are currently running app version 5.15.7 (3094) , 32bit. I'm trying to upgrade these to 64 bit via the admin web portal but don't see any option to do so.

 

The Windows versions of each device is 64 bit so it should be capable. I've read the transitioning to 64bit KB article on Zoom but I don't see the options it describes for the device management to update from 32bit to 64 bit. 

 

Any help of how to upgrade these rooms would be appreciated.

Licensed User being prompted for Sharing Key in Zoom Room

I have a licensed user who is being prompted to enter in a Sharing Key when she is in the Zoom Room at her site but it should allow her to share content without being prompted to enter in the key.

I have had her use a different laptop and when she logged in and tried to share from her desktop app it prompted her one time but when she tried again it did not. 

Then our site technician used his account and was not prompted. Tried hers again on the test laptop and it shares automatically as it should.

When she logged back onto her normal laptop the same thing happens, she is prompted to enter in the Sharing Key.

I believe this is caused by an unknown issues with the proximity detection between our iPad room controller and her laptop but am unsure why.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please forgive me as I am new and trying to set up a new business. I have attended many zoom meeting but this is my first time setting up my own.  I have a remote employee that I would prefer to have as an admin so they can control access to the rooms.  I have them set up as an admin user and have only purchased the Pro version and have one license.  I am trying to set up at least two separate offices in our main location where only one office can be in the meeting with the remote person at a time.  I have tried reading through things in the help center but things are not very clear as I have little to no experience.  I have submitted a ticket but need this operating seamlessly by Wednesday.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  TIA Jason

Hi, when I schedule a meeting with my zoom account (where i also have a zoom room licence) and add a zoom room, which capacity has the meeting? The one from the zoom account (100 people) or from the zoom room (1.000 people). 

 

I basically want to schedule recurring meetings with our zoom room, so that our office and people in online will join. And I need the capacity of the zoom room (1.000 people)

 

Any ideas?

Camera works everywhere except one room

Using Zoom in the Chrome browser, everything has worked perfectly for over a year and I haven't changed any settings. A couple of weeks ago, my camera has stopped working only in one coworker's Zoom room. It still works everywhere else, including in the preview windows that show before I join. 

It works fine in their room if I re-join from Firefox (although I can't screen share in Firefox but that's a separate issue).

The microphone works fine, but my video is disabled when I join, and the button to enable it is faded out and disabled.

 

I have tried clearing my browser security settings for the zoom domain, and I think that made it work for one call, but then it stopped working the next time I joined.

 

I had a Zoom call this morning where it worked fine. 20 minutes later, I joined this particular room and my camera wasn't working. After that call, I joined another meeting and it was working perfectly again.

 

This is on a Macbook that is all up-to-date as far as I know.

The displays will turn off and will have to manually be turned back on as well. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how we can resolve it?

Getting an error after the latest update on Zoom VRC,  5.11.9124.20230630

 

The Zoom appliance is set to Single Process and gets an error of Can Not Oper Process whenever we try to start the VRC processes from the Web GUI.

 

Rebooting doesn't seem to resolve it. Anyone else use the Zoom VRC appliance and could offer some help on this issue ?

Ich möchte eine Zoom Lizenz kaufen, bin aber unsicher, welche ich brauche.

Ich möchte Folgendes können:

 

Im Hauptraum möchte ich Interviews führen, sprich ich + eine weitere Person.

In einem zweiten Raum soll ein Dolmetscher sein, für den die Audio aus dem Hauptraum freigegeben ist.

In einem dritten Raum befinden sich fremdsprachige Zuhörer, für die wiederum die Audio aus dem zweiten Raum des Dolmetschers freigegeben sein soll.

 

Also der Dolmetscher soll die Verbindung zwischen Hauptraum und Raum 3 sein.

Ist das mit Zoom überhaupt möglich? Wenn ja, mit welcher Lizenz? Pro, Business... ?
