Rooms & Workspaces

Danke.

Hi all — we’ve got two Zoom Rooms running and three more going in this weekend. Under Floor / Account Settings, certain options show “Floor Settings,” but one room isn’t picking them up. Anyone know why?The Display settings are different in each room, and they shouldn’t be.

We are having issues with our external capture cards affecting colors when sharing content. We are looking into internal cards and the one I have available for testing shows up as a camera, but does not share as content. However when I press share I see this. This implies I can use an internal capture card, but the one I have is not working. Are there specific cards that work? I know magewell makes external cards that work so maybe the internal cards they make would work as well.

Would be very welcome. When can this become available?

I have Cisco device running on RoomOS and native zoom. I have created macro to control Mic,speaker and Camera  during call. I am able to unmute mic and speaker but not able to unmute the camera. Suggest me setting I need to change

We have two meetings rooms with Zoom Rooms licenses and Logitech Rally Bar & Tap IP. Both rooms are the exact same hardware, firmware, OS.The issue:When joining a Teams meeting, via the calendar invite or ad-hoc meeting the MS Teams app launches.  One room joins automatically however the second room does not.It  requires to click on “Join now”.Why would one room join automatically while the second rooms doesn’t.Zoom Rooms settings are set the same for both rooms (from what I compared). Same Teams meeting. Thanks

Hi, is there a way to increase the visibility of of text on CX Analytics Dashboards that are added to digital signage. As this is displayed on a TV that is mounted it is hard to see the details on y axis, leaderboard and tables views. This is for a laptop with Zoom Rooms that is connected to a TV monitor, this laptop only displays a few dashboards that switch when displaying on the monitor. I have limited the amount of widgets on the dashboard and increased the widget sizes however the text does not scale only the visualizations. Increasing the resolution on the laptop screen does not help but wanted to check if there is a way or open feature request to have an option to change font sizes?

Does anyone know of any Bible study groups that are available during the week in the evenings ?

I regularly host online teaching sessions on Zoom and frequently use breakout rooms so that students can work in smaller groups. My breakout room settings are configured so that participants automatically join their assigned breakout rooms when I open the rooms. Most of the time, this works as expected.Occasionally, however, a participant does not join the assigned breakout room. On my Breakout Rooms panel, the participant's status then shows as “Not Joined”. The participant remains in the Main Room and is able to speak to me and ask for assistance in joining the assigned breakout room. This creates a problem. When I click on the name of a participant whose status is “Not Joined”, Zoom displays the “Move to” option, but only allows me to move that participant to one of the other breakout rooms. There is no option to move the participant to the Main Room.By comparison, when I click on a participant who has successfully joined a breakout room (shown with the green status indicator), the “Mo

We have Poly Studio devices (a x70 and a x30) that seem to be getting this “Connecting to network” error more and more often now. This seemed to just start happening the past couple weeks, and I figured it was a device firmware problem, so I reverted firmware back to a known working version, but we continue to run into this problem. We have about 35 devices that are on this network and utilizing Zoom Rooms, and at first, we only saw this problem with one, thinking it was a hardware issue. Now that a 2nd one came up, I’m wondering if it’s a problem with the Zoom App version 7.0.2? So far we only have 2 devices out of the 35 doing this, but I was wondering if anyone experienced the same or had any troubleshooting steps to try out. All of our devices are ethernet connected and network traffic allowed outbound. It’s not a consistent problem, so I would not believe it to be network related since other devices are using this same network and not having these errors.

Anyone else seeing this issue right now?! Or is this working properly for anyone else? This same thing happened in early March of this year: Zoom Status - Issue where Zoom Rooms are not able to join Microsoft Teams Meetings.

We currently have one Zoom account (Account A) with 8 Zoom Rooms licenses. We need to split the deployment into two separate Zoom accounts.Account A should retain 1 Zoom Room. Account B should receive 7 Zoom Rooms. We would like to migrate the Zoom Rooms, including their configurations and settings, to the new account while minimizing downtime.Could you please advise on the supported migration process and assist with transferring the licenses and room configurations between the two Account IDs?

Hi all,We run a small transportation/booking team (airport taxi flat rate service) that operates 24/7 across multiple shifts, and we're trying to set up Workspace Reservation properly for our dispatch office.A few questions:Can Workspace Reservation handle overlapping shift schedules (e.g., day shift and night shift using the same desks/rooms at different hours)? Is there a way to reserve a workspace recurring on specific days only, without manually booking each week? Does the reservation system integrate with Zoom Rooms for quick huddles between dispatchers and drivers coordination calls?Any best practices from other teams running round-the-clock operations would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!P.S. — if anyone's curious what our setup looks like, we run Airport Taxi Toronto Flat Rate (airporttaxitorontoflatrate.com), a 24/7 flat-rate airport taxi and limo service in the GTA.

Hey AllWe’re using Zoom Rooms with a combination of Windows PCs, mobile touch panels, and the Neat.Bar BYOD model. When joining a Teams meeting, the buttons to turn the camera and microphone on and off appear, but the slider for adjusting the speaker volume does not show up.If anyone knows how to display the volume control, please let us know.We use a mobile touchscreen instead of a tablet as the controller because it’s more affordable, and due to internal security restrictions: we cannot use Android tablets, and iPads are difficult to manage.I’m aware that this can be done using the Room Controller on a smartphone or PC, but that’s too complicated for general users, so I’d like to handle everything directly on the touchscreen.

My mic is a Neumann TLM103 connected to my Mac via a Clarett 2Pre USB. Everything else everywhere else works fine (Garage Band, etc). But when I try to test this mic, nothing is coming through Zoom.If I switch back to the onboard Mac Mic, I get sound. But zilch from the mic I actually need to use for my call in two days time.Any suggestions on a setting I may have missed? Anyone have a similar setup? Thanks,Jason

Hi community members,This week we’ve started having issues with mic audio when dialing Teams meetings from our Logi Zoom Rooms (using direct-guest join, of course 🙄). It seems to somewhat coincide with updating CollabOS on these devices to 2.1.176. However, multiple devices were updated at the same time and initially had no issues. Then a few days later one system started having the issue (on Tues this week), and now today a second room is now also experiencing the issue. Zoom calls are totally fine from these rooms, but outbound audio is broken on Teams (with no visual indication that there is a problem).  Performed a factory reset of the devices with the issue and reprovisioned them, issue persists. We haven’t made any changes to the Room settings, device settings, or our network. There was a similar issue back in 2023, which required Logi to correct it in a CollabOS update, but it took them months to do so. I suspect that if it is related to CollabOS 2.1.176 we’ll see additional roo

Hi all,not sure how possible this is, but when looking at the Decvices in Room view, is there a way to sort the fields by New Updates Available or make the devices that need updating, first on the list? I know its a very small and trivial problem but it would be good to get a quick view of what needs an update rather than click individual rooms. Thanks everyone in advance

Hi, Is there an easier way to schedule digital content by day if I need to alternate it by week for a long period of time? For example, my company deploys e-signage on our TVs and we have bi-weekly reminders to submit timecards for employees/managers. Right now I only see a way to add content list from one start date to another, but not the ability to schedule only specific dates. Would I just have to keep adding content list for every other week?

our colleagues using Zoom Room which named as “CRC IMT” to join a teams meeting , but it is found no sound to another attendee.  during the testing, it is found a blue spare circled to the room which means sound detected but no sound passed to other users. Date: 2026 Jul 21Time: HKT 16:27:51ROom: CRC IMTR

Short Version:Since installing Zoom by the official means failed due to an unexpected, likely RAM-related shutdown, I installed it via “sudo flatpak install us.zoom.Zoom”. However, the system still acts as if Zoom needs to be reinstalled, and no matter what I do, won’t update/upgrade other programs in System Manager or the terminal with the upgrade command because it cannot find the archive for Zoom. I want to know how I can get rid of the blockage to updates the incompletely-installed Zoom represents, whether by connecting it to an archive, deleting it, purging it, or finding a way to make the system ignore it and upgrade/update all other software.I have Timeshift snapshots, but Timeshift is not working properly, so if there’s a risk purging the Zoom files might cause major issues on my computer as a whole, I should avoid it.  System/Device Information:Laptop, Linux MATE, Distro: Linux Mint 22.1 Xia base: Ubuntu 24.04 (I can give more information, if needed.)My methods to solve the pr

Our room was under construction for about 6 months and just came back online. When it came back on we keep getting the error code in the image. We have a Zoom room connected to a Crestron brain. I saw that error code 5 means a mismatch between the Crestron and Zoom. I changed my Zoom room to mountain time, and the engineer changed the Crestron unit to the correct time, but we're still getting this error.I'm also trying to update the Crestron firmware through Zoom but it's getting stuck and timing out.If the time is correct on the Crestron, could a network switch be getting in the way?Any ideas? Thanks!

We have a setup where we use iPads as Zoom Room controllers, connected to PCs running Zoom Room software. This past weekend, the iPads all upgraded to iOS 26 and now none of our controllers are able to pair to the Zoom room. I've confirmed that the devices are still on the same network within the same IP block. Is anyone seeing the same issues with iOS 26?
