I've got Zoom rooms deployed on a Rallybar and Sight setup. We had picture in picture mode enabled where it would should the whole room from the rallybars point of view below the Sights Speaker point of view. It stopped working about a month ago and I'm at a loss on how to get this working again.

Zoom Digital Signage Display for Video & Content

Hi,

I am trying the video + content option when using my digital signage. What is the video and image ratio that is recommended so that  I can maximise the screen? Currently there is quite a lot of blank space both on top and below the screen.

Zoom Rooms Upgrade

Recently installed Zoom Rooms. When I enter the activation code for the room I created, it says Zoom Rooms needs to be upgraded. IT personal said there is no Firewall that would prevent from upgrading. Just wanted to see if anyone has experience this... Show more

Recently installed Zoom Rooms. When I enter the activation code for the room I created, it says Zoom Rooms needs to be upgraded. IT personal said there is no Firewall that would prevent from upgrading. Just wanted to see if anyone has experience this and what they did to solve the issue.

hi enveryone ,

we would like to get confirmation of Zoom room application audio processing , as we have a problem with our setup .
BELOW IS THE SETUP

we have Shure MXA920 - via Dante routing to - Biamp Tesira DSP - Analog output to - Poly codec G7500 - Running Zoom Application 

currently Audio Processing is used only in Mics ( PEQ) andin Biamp Tesira we are only receiving via Dante and routing with matrix mixer to analog output.

During Zoom call , when both end speak together or simultaneously - the audio from one end gets suppressed. is it normal behavior or audio processing conflict from the DSP or room system.

Did this in my Zoom Rooms Meeting settings:

Support Interoperability for Zoom Rooms    (Enabled)

  Show ad-hoc join button on home screen  (for Teams, Meet & Webex)

 

Home screen still has only the main 3 icons: New Meeting, Join, Share Content

Verified device firmware/software all up to date and has been rebooted.

I have just completed setting up a new Neat Frame in zoom. It appears to be working properly but when I schedule a meeting it does not appear on the Frames screen. I scheduled a meeting and set it to auto start and it appears on the screen allowing me to join at the scheduled time but the meeting did not appear on the screen before then. I know it is probably just a missed checkbox somewhere and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Zoom Room Displays Unauthorized

Something odd has happened. After starting a meeting in one of my Zoom rooms the screen now displays, in red lettering, unauthorized.Everything works as normal... I can start and schedule meetings, All AV works as it should... everything seems ok exc... Show more

Something odd has happened. After starting a meeting in one of my Zoom rooms the screen now displays, in red lettering, unauthorized.

Everything works as normal... I can start and schedule meetings, All AV works as it should... everything seems ok except for the "unauthorized" showing on the screen.

Any idea what this could be?

Digital Signage - URL website refresh

Invites to External Roles not being received

Under User Management > Roles > Role Members > Click 3 dots at top right > Invite external users to this roleI invited 3 emails - all same person - only 1 of those emails received the invitation - the email they least wish to use because it is their ... Show more

Under User Management > Roles > Role Members > Click 3 dots at top right > Invite external users to this role

I invited 3 emails - all same person - only 1 of those emails received the invitation - the email they least wish to use because it is their company email and not their personal email address. All 3 are gmail accounts. 

I even added my personal additional gmail and never received the invite either. I have no idea how to correct this.
