zoom for lightning - new contacts

I am currently testing zoom for lightning in a sandbox SF environment linked to my zoom desktop account (not using ZCC). So far all is looking good but I am unsure if this is possible... I would like where Sales receive an inbound call from a new contact / unknown number for them to be able to quickly and easily create a new Contact to allow them to link that activity to the Contact. At the moment this does not appear to be possible. Is this something I can configure or is it actually not possible? Any guidance or advice would be appreciated. Thanks,

I don't have experience on this integration, but I can tell you this: If I am not mistaken there are at least 3 different SalesForce integrations in the Zoom marketplace:
Zoom for Salesforce (created by Zoom):   https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/c8ZcoziZQoaFPE8x6INBag
Zoom  Salesforce Sales Cloud 360 (created by Salesforce): https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/zoAx1iWyRa-6a9POHIz_DQ

Zoom for Salesforce Lighting (Created by Zoom): https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/ozGm-qsFRBqBkYYzJg4Y6g

If you read the description if each one, but more importantly, if you scroll down to read the "Scope" access of the integrations, you will quickly realize each one seemed to be for different functions/access; the one you are referring too seems to be design for ZCC integration, the first one for Meetings, Webinars and Zoom Phone in general, and the one in the middle, specifically for Meetings.
💡 Make sure you are selecting the correct one that matches your requirements. It seems the one you are looking for is the first link I included which seems to support Zoom Phone integration.

I hope it helps, and please let me know how it goes by dropping me a quick update here so I can learn something new!
