Resolved! SMS message could not be sent

Hi. I get a "message could not be sent" when trying to send an SMS text message. Screenshot attached. Any idea? Thank you.

Ring Desk phone Extension and Cell Phone Simultaneously

I would like to ring my extension and cell phone at the same time. This is a feature I had with Google Voice and 8x8.com. Is this possible with Zoom Phone?
