microphone goes in and out

Hi,  Every 5 minutes or so my microphone goes mute and participants can't hear me. I get a prompt along the lines of "zoom has detected a problem with your microphone, etc".  All my settings look fine. What could be making the mic go in and out? Thanks.

Hi thank you for your post here on the Zoom Community! Can you give us an idea of your setup, what kind of computer (laptop, desktop, Windows, Mac) and what type of microphone you are using?
