meeting recording


As the host I started the meeting from my phone. I engaged the RECORD funtion. But I can't find the recording. When I access my account on my laptop, it says I can only see recordings from those meetings initiated from that device.

My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! Local Recordings are not available for iOS and Android devices as this document states. I would check that you are on the same email account for your phone and your laptop and then check the cloud recordings in the recordings tab on your personal account settings on the web. If not, please submit a Technical Support ticket with the meeting ID of the recorded meeting that you are attempting to find and our agents will be able to track down whether that meeting ID was recorded and how is was recorded.

You might not have noticed that there is a toggle at the top of the Recordings folder. Just slide it to "Cloud"... by default it's on "Local".  The video is likely there! 😉
