Disconnected and deleted app still displayed in meeting

Hi, I removed one of my apps and disconnected it from my account on the Zoom end. I also deleted my account with the app in question - Warmly, as there was no way to toggle the info on/off. Despite that, the information is still displayed on my meeting screen, I've restarted the app and computer, no change. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can do? It doesn't really make sense to me. I'm on a Mac and have the latest version Version: 5.16.6 (24664). Thanks!

I found the solution! Cleared the cache and then removed the file...  https://help.warmly.ai/en/articles/6742396-how-can-i-remove-my-warmly-nametag-after-i-uninstalled-the-app

can't invite from my contact list

I have a contact list that I typed in.  When I want to use it to invite meeting participants, there is no list available.

Recordings not showing up

I have done some recordings over 2 different meetings, and it seems like near the end, the recordings stopped showing up when I clicked convert in the folder. I know it has been saving stuff until 13.18 because it shows, but the last recording appear... Show more

I have done some recordings over 2 different meetings, and it seems like near the end, the recordings stopped showing up when I clicked convert in the folder. I know it has been saving stuff until 13.18 because it shows, but the last recording appears on 13.08. The most important part of the meeting happened at 13.12, but it isn't showing up in my recordings folder. Is there any way I can recover the video I recorded? The convert button is no longer working, it no longer loads anything.

Can't get any meetings to open up from my laptop zoom app

Starting yesterday i cannot get into any zoom meetings from the zoom app on my laptop. I can get into a meeting from my ipad. I have followed the instructions to remove Zoom off of my laptop and downloaded it again from Zoom. it does not work. I switched from firefox to Chrome and it still did not work. I have shut off my computer and it still doesn't work. When I try to join from the app by inserting my Zoom number or any other zoom mtg ID it just spins and after four minutes it gives me an unknown error box with the error code 104101. I do a ton of meetings on Zoom. I need this fixed ASAP or I will need to use another service.

Call drops at one location.

I have a system where I have four classrooms with 2 in northern Utah and 2 in southern Utah. They use zoom meeting everyday with Dell OptiPlex 7020 PC. One location when on the meeting will drop several times during the day. 70% of the time it auto reconnects the other you have to log back in and join the call that is still going. We tested this by adding another class at that same location on the same network in the same rack stays online and never drops the call. Now we have tested the network swapped out an old switch to a new one thinking maybe the ports were going bad. Uninstalled zoom and reinstalled it. Nothing at this point has fixed it and I am scheduling a call with Dell so they can remote in at a time they done have class going on. 

 

Wanted to see if someone has experienced this and if there is something with zoom that may be causing the drop or some other thing?

For the past three years, I’ve been hosting a Zoom group with 11 participants, where none of them needed to enter a passcode or waiting room. My settings were configured to automatically embed the passcode, and the waiting room was disabled.

After updating the Zoom program, the direct joining feature no longer works as expected.

When setting up a meeting under "schedule" and selecting "security," I’m now required to choose between "waiting room" and "passcode." I selected "Passcode," thinking the embedded feature would still work, but it doesn’t. Now, my participants are prompted to enter a code.

Do you know why the embedded passcode feature no longer functions?

Headset is not working with Ubuntu 24.04

we are having issue with the new Ubuntu Version and the Zoom Client.

When we are using our headset it does not work. It is working with all other applications and webservices but it does not work with the Zoom Client > tested with the newest one 6.2.6

It was working with the older Versions of Ubuntu, other users form our company are having no issues with older Ubuntu Versions.

Any other users out there who has made the same experiance?

We have a Pro account that is active and up-to-date.  Yesterday, there were some meetings that were correctly set-up for an hour, but ended abruptly part way through.  The ending times were different (not at 40 minutes like the basic plan).  

 

Any thoughts?
