My Zoom Pro account is integrated with Bookwhen. My clients are mostly an older demographic and find technology challenging. I am trying to create ONE passcode for them to use everytime they log in to a class with the Zoom link (rather than the randomly generated one). Do I have to edit this manually on my 'Meetings' list for each session or is there a way to override this so that it comes up each time?

Thought I had nailed it but had glitches this morning.

I do not want to use 'Waiting Room'

Resolved! I can't download the app in my computer.

Every time I get to the last stage of the app installation, this message comes up. 

I tried to erase all the zoom data in my computer, restart it and try again from cero but it always happens.

I want only registered participants to join the meeting

I want only registered participants to join the meeting but somehow non-registered participants also join the meeting without prior registration approval.  Any Solutions

audio problem

My Mac wont open ZOOM!

Can anyone help me please. I just can't get zoom to work on my mac but it used too. I've uninstalled and re-installed, i've closed all other apps, i've done it all and it just wont seem to open on my Mac? What am I missing? I keep getting this error ... Show more

List of previous meetings?

Hello!I would like to see a list of all my previous meetings. Does that exist?When I go to "Meetings" -> "Previous" on the website it says I haven't had any.I have had many, so this is not true.I thought maybe it had to do with setting of the time so... Show more

I would like to see a list of all my previous meetings. Does that exist?
When I go to "Meetings" -> "Previous" on the website it says I haven't had any.
I have had many, so this is not true.
I thought maybe it had to do with setting of the time so I tried to set it for the last 3 years:
It didn't work. It seems you can only set it for 2 months at a time, but hey, there is no submit button for the time.

I am confused by this. Is there a list somewhere of all my previous meetings?
