Hello.  I used Zoom to record a discussion for my semester project.  I clicked on the 'Recordings' tab and yep, Zoom did save my file.  The problem is when I clicked to record it, nothing pops up.  I couldn't convert the file at all.  I also checked if the file exists on the web client and was shocked to find that it does not.  Is this the case of a corrupted file? If it helps. I did a demo recording beforehand.  That demo recording did save, but the second one did not.  I use Zoom on dekstop on the latest Microsoft Windows and since I just downloaded Zoom, it should be the latest version too.

After a meeting with a client when I went to the zoom recording folder, I found that my latest zoom recording had been overwritten with the previous recording which I recorded a few minutes before to check recording is working correctly, now in that folder, there are two video files and both have the same recording though one has high memory 650 Mb; when I play it the video is only 46 secs which is the previous recording and the other file is 2 Mb with same video of 46 secs.. what's the way out here?

We would like to be able to offer options (of either joining another meeting or clicking a link to complete a survey) to people who wanted to join a meeting but cannot because the maximum Registration numbers have been reached. 

Can I do either, or both:

- customize the 'Registration is now closed' screen?

 - send an email to anyone wanting to Register once numbers have been reached?

Is it possible to record a meeting video - but without the native language - i just want the meeting to be recorded with the interpreter's voice on the video

I have a subscription - so that is not a limitation

Can someone point me to the correct thread or give me a solution?

Can't change the cloud recoding topic before start the meeting . different meetings are saved with same topic .  after save the recoding , we can change it . But my requirement is need to set recoding topic before start the meeting . then after the meeting ,  recoding must need to save with that topic.

actually when I clicked on upgrade button it show like this "The Zoom service is not available in the requested location. (200)". or it coming from my current location(cambodia)?

Our parent company wants us to join its Zoom tenant. However, we already had a Zoom tenant specific to our company. From what I have read so far, I have the impression that we will not be able to export our users' data (scheduled meetings, for example) to our mother company's tenant...
