We are facing an issue of our users are while they are attending the meeting are taken out of the meeting and they are not able to join back.
This doesn't happen with all users. It happens randomly. But we are getting a lot of complaints from the users.
If we share the meeting link they can join. But not through the app SDK. Since it doesn't happen all time, we couldn't duplicate this. Please help us to find a solution for this.

Does anyone know how to remover the date and timer that is showing up on my screen?
when pinned or spotlighted to speak in meetings. my screen expands outside my green screen showing the room. but only when on someone else's meeting. when on my on accont there is no problem, my virtual background is perfect. why does that happen? has anyone else had that problem.

I have been using zoom for some time, however i have not been able to update the app recently. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, and i am getting the same issue i had when trying to update it (see image). I have followed the trouble shoot steps on some websites (removed firewall, allow downloads outside the app store) but had no luck. Any ideas?

I have enabled live transcription in setting and also enabled them to be saved. I cannot figure out how I can access these transcripts though which is important so I can go back and look at them. Help will be greatly appreciated.
After scheduling a meeting those invited are receiving the message, "host has another meeting in progress". Help
I have a licensed account through my company and usually record meetings, however I'm now getting the message: Important Notice. Cloud recording has been disabled. Please contact your account admin for more information. I've spoken to my admin and they're not sure what the issue could be. I thought it may have been storage related but I've deleted the recordings on the account and am still getting the error message. Any advice would be appreciated! Image of what I'm seeing is attached

Hi -- I've been given a meeting link and when I click on it all I see is the pre connection Zoom screen to the meeting room I want ( I can see it is the correct room I want to join by the title that is at the top ) . All that happens is the busy cursor display ( going round in circles ) and it does not connect. Any ideas please as to what is going on ?
