Hello, I'm brand new to the Zoom discussion board so please be gentle.

Problem: Using the Desktop Zoom app, under the Meetings tab, there is a setting located on the left side underneath My Personal Meeting ID called "Meeting Hosted By" I have a drop down menu to choose from settings like:

Me

Everyone

All my conference rooms

Right now this setting defaults to Everyone which then begins to send Upcoming meeting notifications to me for the whole company. I know how to change this setting on a per user basis but I'd like to change this globally. Is this possible?

In both meetings and webinars, I know it's possible to send files via the chat menu. But the chat doesn't show old entries when someone connects late, and it can get scrolled past easily as well.

Is it possible to just have those files available at all times within the meeting? As soon as someone connects, they have the option to click on something to let them download any associated files? That way people who join early or late all have immediate access to the files. Thanks! 

For some reason there is no possible way for me to turn on file sharing through zoom.  I've followed every single bit of advice but it's just not there to select the option.  Here is a screen shot for proof. It is NOT located under settings/privacy & security/files & folders

I've to search and there is no clue about what happens if the host leaves the meeting when breakout rooms are still in progress?

I'm the host and sometimes I just need to shut down my desktop in the middle of breakout rooms meeting.
what is the impact of the running meeting?

Two of my colleagues have continuously encountered the following error message on the Zoom for Chrome plug-in:

Something went wrong.

We're sorry, we encountered an error processing your request. This may be caused by:

1. Network problems;

2. Remote server returned an error. 

We work remotely so this is happening to two different devices on entirely different networks, and the extension has continued to work for a third coworker. We've tried everything to fix this - uninstalling and reinstalling the plug-in, same with the actual chrome application, clearing cache and cookies. Nothing seems to be doing the trick. Does anyone have any potential fixes for this, or else a way to directly contact/troubleshoot with the plug-in devs?
