Getting access to chat messages after a recurring zoom meeting has ended

I have followed steps to download chat after a meeting has ended (https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/210615143-Viewing-stored-chat-messages-in-Chat-History#:~:text=based%20access%20control.-,How%20to%20view%20and%20download%20stored%20messages,tab%2C%20then%20click%20Chat%20History.) but am unable to see any history of my monthly recurring meeting. My monthly recurring meeting simply does not appear in Reports > User Activity Reports > Chat History.

Two weeks ago I purchased Zoom One Pro Plan for a 1 month subscription to this plan but my group meetings still end after 40 min and when I go to edit my profile it says that my role is "owner" and user type is "licensed" but it also says that there are 0 licenses available which doesn't make sense because I've purchased this plan.

How can I activate it?

Audio issues

I am on a Mac and the audio has been fine until recently.  Now I can't hear the other end but they can hear me.  How do I rectify this?  Thanks

Hi! My recording started recording right away and I don't want to include the first few seconds of the call. Is there a way to do that? Thanks!

Annotation owner label

Is it possible to have some labels of who wrote/draw annotations during a meeting? If a big meeting where annotations are allowed sometimes a lot of people start drawing and typing things, it would be nice to know who contributed right away, like a l... Show more

Is it possible to have some labels of who wrote/draw annotations during a meeting? If a big meeting where annotations are allowed sometimes a lot of people start drawing and typing things, it would be nice to know who contributed right away, like a label showing it was team member A who encircled one of the texts, etc. Having multiple people draw can sometimes cause confusion, for example, the presenter is discussing something and was pointing at a section saying something like "we have to make sure we go here and not on the other section", then another member pointed at another section without commenting, the other participants might think it was the presenter pointing at the second section.

Looking to use Zoom Scheduler to replace MS Bookings. So far so good, however I have hit a snag.


I have linked my personal (gmail) calendar so that appointments don't clash with personal events. Everything works well, but the client confirmation emails reference the personal email and not the professional email that I log in to Zoom with. 

 

Is there a setting I am missing or is this a fixed element (for now)?

Recovering recordings

I recorded a meeting recently on my laptop and when the meeting ended, I accidentally ended the ZOOM session before receiving any notice that the recording was complete. Now the recording doesn't appear to exist. Any chance I can recover it somehow? Show more

Joining a meeting - Required to have the Zoom App?

I don't seem to be able to find the answer to this simple question.  Are participants I invite to meetings required to  have the zoom app or to download the zoom app when joining?
