Hi, I"m a classical music teacher and my students do remote exams with the Royal Conservatory of Music. 

Today, we had an experience we've not had before with Zoom. 

My student and I opened the meeting, which is how the Royal Conservatory does remote exams, and although the judge could hear us speaking, she could not hear the piano or the voice. 

We went to the audio controls, but none of the suggestions the judge had to solve the problem worked. 

I would be so grateful to anyone who could help! We have rescheduled the exam for a week from now. 

Again, we can hear each other speaking, but music is not coming through.

Have had this issue a few times in the past.  Today, about 30 people received meeting invites to meetings we had in January and February. I had to delete and reinstall my Outlook, but not sure if that was related. Also opened a meeting and manually invited team members to the meeting. Only thing I can find on the issue is that the Outlook exchange views it as a recurring meeting and must have thought it was updated. Anyone know how to make it so the meetings won't update and resend invitations after the fact?

Currently I am facing an issue that my Mac crash and automatically  shutting down while people joining to the zoom meeting. Could you please help me to check with this issues?

The Zoom for Google Workspace has worked well for the most part.  However, it would be great if we could have the Zoom invite link also appear in the location field of the Google Calendar.  

If a person schedules a meeting through the Windows Client and set it for Google Calendar, the location field is properly filled. 

Hi, I have the zoom app on my iPad. I am trying to share my screen and it brings me first to broadcast (does it have to do this?) and then after 3 second countdown the person I am sharing my screen with hears an echo. If I want to do a PowerPoint presentation on zoom from my iPad - what is the best way to do this?!! Thanks!!!
