I have been having issues with chat bubbles so please ask for an option to disable chat bubbles in meetings as a meeting participant. Because this decreases the virtual interactivity and performance of my computer, I searched through all the programs on my computer but found nothing. I consider that it is essential to choose what you want to see on the screen as well as filter those impertinent bubbles in meetings. I look forward to your help and collaboration due to a consumer's demand for your product, which would seriously encourage me to always count on your service.

  • HELP! PLEASE!

The music in our class this morning sounded as if it was either underwater or it was cutting out completely 🫣

We could be heard crystal clear.

All settings were as normal(original musicians on)

It was the first class on our new Asus laptop(if that info helps)

We did (luckily) have our old laptop and used it for our second class and everything worked perfectly.

I know a couple of you guys on here have had similar problems and I'm guessing it's something to do with the latest version of Zoom.

We use a mic and a mixer and we've never had any issues.

Does anyone have a solution, pleeeease 🙏

Thank you 😊

HI. I paid for a monthly subscription but it did not upgrade my account. Earlier on, it says on my profile that my current plan is Zoom One Pro and I also have verified from my Apple - Subscription that I'm on paid subscription. My zoom account says otherwise.

Does anyone know what I should do or how this can be fixed. I already  clicked on "restore purchase" but nothing is happening.

Thank you.

Recurring Scheduled Meeting

I have recurring scheduled meetings.  Every time I add a new member to the meeting it populates another meeting on my calendar.  When I delete the unwanted meeting it goes away for a few seconds then returns.

How do I get rid of it?  TY

I am using the Free version of Zoom. I created a Scheduled Meeting using the Desktop app (signed in with my work email, on my business domain) and included a client in the invitees list. I then went to the Zoom website to download the .ics file so I could send it to a client.  I opened the .ics file myself and added it to my personal calendar (Gmail account, via the MacOS Calendar app).

I sent the .ics file along with the joining details and a nice message to the client, using my work email (same as the email with which I created the meeting). The client accepted the invitation, but here is the weird part - I got an acceptance notification sent to my personal Gmail. I would have thought it would have gone to my work email. Now in my Gmail/MacOS calendar, I can see the client's acceptance status. How did my personal calendar get this status update? Also, is there an easier way to handle sending invites like this? Going to the website to get the .ics file is a pain.

I am worried that I somehow double-sent an invitation, which would look bad and also be confusing.

When inspecting the .ics file in a text editor, I see nothing in it containing any Gmail address. In fact, the only email address in the .ics file is my client's. How then could the client's acceptance be sent to my Gmail?

Not receiving requests

Until recently i was receiving weekly invitations to a Saturday meeting. These requests are now being bounced back to the host sender. Why? I have not changed any system at my end. Help

Audio on recorded webinar plays fine, but when video is playing, I get double audio

I just held a live webinar. The audio sounds great. But when the recording is played with the video, I get a double (slightly off) audio, like an echo. I know that it is not the audio file, because the audio file plays great. Help! This is a training... Show more

It was much better when they showed up on the home screen, this new view that hides them is a downgrade.

Thanks.

For the past two months I've been unable to view the breakout group chat in all of my Zoom meetings. I'm able to see the chat for the main meeting. As soon as I enter the breakout group, I will be able to see the small notifications by the chat button when other participants post to the chat, but when I click on the button, it only pulls up the main meeting chat. I have tried restarting, uninstalling, and reinstalling the application, to no avail.
