Our organization will be hosting a 2-day virtual conference over Zoom. We want to use the Zoom Meeting instead of the Zoom Webinar so people show up on screen and feel more engaged. We will have 200 or so participants. I looked into getting the Large Group Add-on, however, it said that only attendees will not have video or audio capability. What am I missing...or can it be done? thanks for advice.

How do I fix a black screen?? I could not share my documents or course materials today in class because of a black screen. I did not have this problem last week. Very frustrating trying to get help to get rid of this black screen.
Is there a limit to the number of recurring meetings? Am I able to extend it? I would prefer to not create a new meeting with a new link.
"Settings > Audio > Advanced > Echo Cancellation" doesn't have a "Disable" option, only "Auto" and "Aggressive", it makes my mic sound awful. What's the point of having optimized audio, original sound for musicians and whatever, when the echo cancellation messes it up?

We have a set up for meetings with clients where we use one iPad as a camera and another to share a presentation. This essentially allows us to keep one mounted on a stand (to use as a camera and to see the clients) and one free for making notes and sharing the screen, thus avoiding the problem of the camera looking up your nose! The two ipads are connected to the same zoom account and this has worked well up to this point. Now however, we are having issues where the screen share is no longer working and is essentially showing a screen shot rather than what is happening on the screen. any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
