I have an iMac. I used to be able to schedule a meeting. When I did, immediately, my calendar on my Apple computer would open and, with a simple click, I had all the invitation information. I could then go to my email and copy and paste the invitation and off it went. Terrific. Now, with changes that I don't understand, I have difficulty finding the invitation. If I find it, it has the Zoom link that I can copy, but the invitation doesn't give the time or date of the meeting. I would like the "old" way back of scheduling something and being able to get the full invitation on my Apple calendar. Can you help me?

Greetings. I'm looking for a way to determine how much time each participant spent talking during a meeting. A simple pie chart or list of participants with talk time would be perfect. I have tried several of the marketplace apps, but they are intrusive (I don't like a bot participant in the meeting as it biases the participants to talk more). In some cases, I would pay much more than the value of the simple analysis. I only need a tool to review the recording; nothing live is necessary. I have looked into Otter.ai, Fireflies.ai, etc., but they are bloated for my simple need. I have tried transcribing with Google's cloud tools, but that was not efficient. Bard seems to think Zoom has a feature called Zoom Participant Insights, but I can find nothing on this. I'm a PRO user, so hoping something is already available that I have overlooked. I have turned on the Beta of Meeting Summaries with ZoomIQ but nothing shows up there for some reason (no meetings listed). Any advice? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello - we have instructed employees to go into their settings and enable the Live Transcription option on their Zoom account so that when they are the host of a meeting, the live transcript option is available to people who need them. Rather than require over 100 people to do these steps plus all new hires- is there a way to enable the live transcripts to be available at the company level by default? Thank you!
However, a few times a week, we encounter a user who has not done this and the live captions are not an option.
Microsoft Teams and Google Meet both have them automatically enabled for the user to turn on as needed for accessibility.

Hi, so I don’t know what location to put this under but I hope someone can answer my question. I have a random user on my Mac that’s called “carroll” and after doing a little research I’ve read that apparently it was made by Zoom. I used Zoom on my computer for college and I just recently saw the user on my computer so I’m not entirely sure if it was created by Zoom but it’s the only thing that makes sense. I don’t have zoom on my computer anymore though. Has anyone else had this problem? I deleted the user but it’s still in my trash can. I’m not sure if I should permanently delete it yet.

zoom.exe is using zoom.exe from an unknown publisher. are you want to run this software.
I am facing this issue long time please solve this problem.
Just wondering if anyone has ever had this problem or has a solution. We use Zoom during our Council meetings. It works fine, quick, no lags. As soon as we live stream through youtube and try to share the screen, the lag time is crazy, it can take 5 minutes to shut down one presentation and start up another, and yet when we are not live streaming it's fine. Thanks, George

when i go to sign in oon the zoom software on my laptop i get a 1132 block msg. Um.......how is that removed?!****UPDATED******Over a year later, I have not solved the problem, have not heard from zoom, or seen anything other than to contact the appeals department, with links that are not good. Is anyone out there that can help me remove the MAC address blocks/bans for my devices? I am a zoom user in good standing now!

My router is logging ACK scans from 170.114.52.3, which is allocated to Zoom. These scans are not part of a normal pre-meeting setup, as they occur at all hours, e.g., 00:52:29 & 04:27:32, when I'm dozing away, and also throughout the day. They always come in on port 443. Could these scans be legit?
