In June 2023, all of my cloned weekly meetings vanished. I used my template to create replacement meetings. Now, using the new meeting link, MeetingID and Password, my attendees and I are getting and error message stating that I am attending another meeting. When I click to "exit the other meeting" I am able to start and enter the one/only meeting that exists. There are no other meetings. I do one call weekly. There are no other meetings scheduled. I (alone) am starting the one and only meeting that is listing under "Meetings" within my account.

I have set up a meeting and required registration. This is working for the majority of people but I have a few that gets an email message saying they can't register and try a different email. After they have tried several different emails, they contact me for assistance. I asked them to login to their zoom account then try to register but this has failed to solve the problem. Is there any way I can register them from my screen? I see how to manage but that only lets me either automatically approve or manually approve. It does not get the ability to input a registration. assistance please on how to register these people. thanks

One of our Zoom Rooms does not display any upcoming meetings on the controller (web and iPad). Calendar Integration is set up and had been working fine up until now. Other rooms work fine. We use Office 365. I have gone through the setup instructions and tested both App-level Impersonation and Full Delegate Access. Both work for the other rooms but not this one. Using the service account I can access the resource's mailbox and calendar using OWA without issue. I can add and remove meetings without error. The Calendar Integration page shows all as "Synced" The room is on version 5.15.0(1273)

I was looking for ways to close the app entirely instead of minimizing it. For now, I've decided to toggle on the "When closed, minimize window to the notification area instead of task bar" selection in general settings. This closes Zoom to the notifications bar and doesn't show the app on my Task Manager. Keeping this unselected minimizes instead of closes, and DOES show up on Task Manager as an active app. Does anyone else have a different workaround? I don't use Zoom frequently so I don't need it at the ready. Thanks!

I'm using Moto tab g70. Some of the zoom pre recorded videos (posted on year 2021 and afterwards)are not opening on this device. While videos posted on year 2020 are opening. Has anyone faced the problem and got the solution, please help. The same videos are getting opened on other devices.

In the new version when I share the audio I can't hear it

After the update, the list of recurring scheduled conferences disappeared. the list is only available in the browser version, how can I access it in the app?
